Crumble de kiwis
Salut à tous, un dessert tout simple avec du skir, des kiwis, des biscuits sablés.
Même si sur la photo c'est du skir myrtille, j'avais heureusement un autre pot.
Pour le skir je rajoute du miel d'acacia et du gingembre frais râpé.
Les kiwis sont coupés en petits dés avec un peu de jus de citron et de la cardamome.
Il suffit ensuite de monter des couches de skir, kiwis et biscuits écrasés pour donner de la texture.
Le résultat est franchement top pour un dessert rapide et léger.
