Burrito aux épinards
Salut à tous, un burrito maison avec des tortillas maison mais qui étaient assez sèche.
Des lardons, de l'oignon, des épinards frais et un oeuf.
Faire revenir lardon et oignon. Ajouter les épinards crus et les laisser se ratatiner puis casser un oeuf dessus.
Remuer hors du g=feu juste pour que l'œuf coagule.
Réchauffer une tortilla et la garnir avec la préparation.
