He estado un tiempo desaparecido por aquí por cuestiones de trabajo, últimamente he estado practicando un estilo diferente.
En esta ocasión les comparto mi participación para el Reto Semanal de Hashkings
Y esta es mi versión de TANK-420 espero que les guste :D

Hi there, how are you all?👋🤠
I've been absent here for a while due to work commitments. Lately, I've been practicing a different style. This time, I'm sharing my entry for the Hashkings Weekly Challenge.
Here's my version of TANK-420, I hope you like it! 😄

Bueno como siempre ha sido se empieza por el boceto general de la idea, estaba pensando en representar a Tank 420 sosteniendo el ultimo bud de un mundo de sequia, tratando así de salvar el mundo de Hashkings.

Well, as it has always been, we start with the general sketch of the idea. I was thinking of depicting Tank 420 holding the last bud in a world of drought, thus trying to save the world of Hashkings.
Al ser un robot de metal necesitaba un fondo para darle tonalidades de color provenientes del entorno que rodea a Tank para empezar a renderizar la ilustración.
Este paso es algo difícil de explicar porque es parecido a la pintura tradicional, que consiste en usar capas de colores para dar el efecto que quería 😅

Since Tank is a metal robot, I needed a background to give it color tones from the environment surrounding Tank before I began rendering the illustration. This step is a bit challenging to explain because it's similar to traditional painting, using layers of colors to achieve the desired effect 😅.
Al principio no me estaba quedando como quería pero con algunas correcciones de tonalidad en las capas pude darle ese efecto que quería desde el principio, ya que estaba en el punto ideal solo me quedó detallar algunas sombras y luces.

At first, it wasn't turning out how I wanted, but with some tonal corrections in the layers, I was able to achieve the effect I had in mind from the beginning. Once I reached that sweet spot, I just had to add some detailed shadows and highlights.
Este es el resultado final, fue un reto interesante y siento que quedó tal cual lo queria

Que maravilla de dibujo, ese trasfondo de porque el personaje sostiene un BUDS me llena de intriga, ya que sería genial una historia a partir de tu personaje, cada detalle cuenta en tu dibujo y se ve que le pusiste pasión, una pregunta por un momento logre ver en las secuencias de capas al final del post ¿acaso intentaste hacer una ciudad de fondo al parecer?
Gracias amigo, la idea que tenía en mente era que Tank quería "salvar" hashkings con ese último bud, y sí, hice una ciudad al fondo pero al final me gustaba más como se veía sin ella 😅
Me encantó este arte, lo ilustras de una manera tan genial que captaste toda la esencia del personaje! Me gustó mucho.
