MARKET FRIDAY // MY TRIP TO THE POPULAR "IPATA OLOJE" MARKET WHERE CAR SPARE PART ARE BEING SOLD.
In the past couple of days now,my Aunty's car has been visiting the automobile workshop for servicing and with some little faulty part of the car.
WHERE IS "IPATA OLOJE" LOCATED IN ILORIN CITY?
The popular "Ipata Oloje" is located in the Ilorin West local government, almost at the outskirt of Ilorin City as if you are going out of the city to the neighboring town not far from Ilorin like the popular Malete town where the Kwara state University is located immediately before oko olowo where people board buses going to Oyo state and some other small towns in the outskirt of Ilorin.
WHAT TOOK US TO THE PLACE?
What really took us to the place was we were looking for a accurate spring for the owner side absorber for my Aunty's car. People in this area are very cheerful and they gave customers relation. When you get there, there is nothing you won't get there concerning spare parts of any kind of automobiles. Immediately, you get there you will see sellers approaching asking you want to buy, with that you will know people there are there really for business. They are serious with their businesses. I was with my mechanical engineer too. We drove the car to the place so that we can easily get the spare once and for all. At this market too, you can bring your condemn iron, accidental cars that can't be repaired to this place to be sold at scaling price.
WE WERE ABLE TO FINALLY GET WHAT WE WANTED.
After, we were able to get the appropriate spring for the absorber at a bargained price. The have errand boys who assisted us to fix the spring into the absorber. It's required a lot of strength before this was able to get done.
FINALLY 🤜🤛🏿
Finally, when the errand boys were done fixing the spring into the absorber. My engineer took with myself and we headed to the park where buyers usually pack their cars before heading into the main market.
Glad to know that you finally got the parts of the vehicle you were looking for. Friday market experience blog is really nice.

I want to thank you for being a part of the #MarketFriday Challenge. I have personally found there is always so much to learn about people, where they live, and how things are done in different parts of the world. For me, reaching out across the globe and learning about different cultures through their markets, especially local markets and farmers' markets, has been such a rewarding experience. We have become a melting pot of culture, but, it is still the rituals, festivals, food, architecture, even your language/languages that separate us... and what is normal for us? There are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. I have learned so much about all of you and it has been an amazing experience. We do differ in many ways, which makes us interesting and unique, but, there are many ways in which are so much alike.
