MARKET FRIDAY // MARKET FRIDAY WENT FROM MARKET WITHIN A MARKET.
It's #marketfriday again initiated by @dswigle. I have missed past few weeks but I am glad to participate again in this Friday market. Today's #marketfriday was a tricky one for me because i made varieties of shopping on veggies which I actually used thee veggies to ganished grilled chicken that a customer ordered online from me. I rear broiler Chickens that I actually sell on live or dressed but I have upgraded to grilling these chickens for customers who wanted it. So #marketfriday was on the other way round, I didn't go for shopping, someone ordered what I sell too and what I do for a living.
The preparation was a quick one because after I dressed I had to seasoned it before I sauced it with grinded red pepper. While I was doing that, I had already prepared my
Recipes
- Grinded red pepper
- Salt
- Maggi knorr Chicken
- Curry
- Thyme
SMOKING PROCESS.
Before smoking, which was done on barbeque stand. Meanwhile, one must have ganished and seasoned it with the above recipes. The next tbing is the smoking process. It needed to be smoked till the water content on and in the seasoned chicken laps to be smoked out and then get grilled. This has to be smoked for some hours, it depends on the size of the chicken, the size will determine how quick it will get smoked.
ON SHOPPING TO GET VEGGIES.
I had to leave the grilling chicken on barbeque stand to get some veggies like cabbage, cucumber and yaji pepper like powder.
FINALLY RESULT.
When it was done, I packaged the already grilled chicken into the cake box which was up for delivery. That was how my own market Friday went,I went for shopping to get veggies while I made delivery of the grilled chicken on placed order by a customer. It was an amazing #marketfriday.

Well, that chicken certainly looked delicious!! Smoke slow and crisp! And spicy! Even better! Well, you outdone the MarketFriday with doing the shopping, cooking and delivery!!!
You rock! Great job and you even made it under the wire! So, tell me, how is business?
I have run so far behind in the comments of #MarketFriday that I am having to do the abbreviated one so that I can finish them in an (almost) timely manner. For this, I apologize, but, just know that it doesn't change the way I viewed your post. I have read them all at least once, some twice and as usual, I am pleased to say that I always get the best. I just love how people have embraced the community and have really been making an effort to visit the other posts, learning about each other and giving pieces of advice, their opinions, and most of all, showing support to each other. That is what community is all about. I want to thank you for doing that.
Thank you for being part of #MarketFriday! I am honored.
#MarketFriday began as a way to reach out across the globe and learn about different cultures through their markets, especially local markets and farmers' markets, and eventually branched out and evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but, it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, and even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact that is these things are normal for us. There are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I have learned so much about all of you and it has been an amazing experience. I can only hope that learning about each other can help us work together for a peaceful world.
