Best memories to keep

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog.

2023 was a big year, in a way that I was able to get the bad version of me and also the better version of myself. But all in all, it was a good year for me.
And on this post, I will be giving the most three memorable things have had in the year 2023.

To start with, in the year 2023 I gained admission into a higher institution after all the stress and pressure I went through, though it was not the initial course I wanted to study I got but, the course I’m currently studying is the course that I like or should I say loving so much.
Though school can be so stressful, but I like the fact that I'm now an undergraduate and the first-semester exam result was good and with no carryovers and I’m so happy about that. Why this is a memorable one for me is that, after I finished secondary school there was no hope that I would further due to financial instability but I just hoped on God, and the year I wrote my first senior week an important subject got canceled which almost made me lose hope then until when God smiled on me and I was able to write another one. Even when I was waiting for the admission I didn't lose hope although I felt pressured because it was almost close to resumption before I got my admission. I was the happiest person on earth that day.

The second memorable thing that happened to me was that, had been meaning to change my phone for a long time because the one I was using was already giving me issues, and I could hardly do anything in it which was so annoying, so I would starve myself just to save up enough money to get myself a new phone so I can be free from the phone problems which I finally did

Here is a picture of the phone I got, the day I was going to pick up the phone I was so happy because finally I will be free from phone stress and the fact that I got the phone myself is another plus joy for me. Because I went through a lot with this phone issue, it was so annoying because the one I was managing before now got spoilt, and ever since have been so angry. After all, if I had a reasonable roommate, just maybe nothing won't have happened to the phone and I wouldn't be looking for a certain amount of money to fix it, fixing it again does not guarantee that nothing would happen to it again, so getting a new one was the next option. And I was so happy I could get a new phone.

The third memorable thing that happened in the year 2023, is getting to reunite with family members that we haven't seen in a very long time. It is very nice to have them around, it feels good to be back with them. Family is a very important part of someone's life and whenever families come together it is always magical.

Being with families and the people you love most is the most best and memorable thing that could ever happen to someone because all the moments with them will be filled with so many memories that can't be erased, there might be a few misunderstandings but they are the thing that can be resolved verbally.

So that's the top three memorable things that happened to me in the year 2023. And I'm praying and hoping that the year 2024 will be a better one.
