A Friend's Love Knows No Bounds: My Birthday Surprise Adventure

Am so happy to share the story behind my last photo all thanks to @saffisara for this amazing prompt #183.

On 22nd of April 2024, it was a very good friend of mine birthday I had to do something special to make my friend feel value and love. so I planned a surprise birthday for him although I plan a prefect birthday but things went wrong.

firstly after searching for a baker to bake a cake, the cake did not turn out nice. I felt bad and I almost cried, not almost I cried 😥 because I wanted everything to be perfect on that day. secondly after getting the cake, transportation to the birthday venue became a huge problem because fuel stations were closing due to the fact the Federal government of my country announced there should be decrease in pms price so I trekked my life.😭😭 I was at the point of giving up before I saw Abdul a bike man that always takes me to school whenever am late.

But before going to the birthday boy's house, I earlier went to the market to get fried rice spice. I mean what's a birthday without food? so I prepared fried rice imagine me that don't like the stress of preparing food but I had to do it for my love one. 😊 I didn't just prepared the food alone, soft drinks were also available for other visitor's as well.

After a long and stressful day, I took all the stuff to the venue with the help of my friend, although I wasn't Happy about how the cake turn out but it's a birthday so there have to be a cake.🎂 I went to surprise my friend in his house imagine birthday boy sleeping, he was surprised and I could sense he felt loved and happy, the joy animated on his face gave me satisfaction that I even forgot how stress out my day went .
