Raquel was born with a disability that has confined her to a wheelchair, and this has made her face different challenges and body shaming from both family and friends. Despite what she had passed through, Raquel never felt bad about herself; she never saw anything wrong with her being in a wheelchair; instead, her condition propelled her on a journey of self-discovery.
While still confined to the wheel chair, she enrolled in a skills acquisition program to learn about fashion. She came out as one of the best graduates in her class and went on to establish her own fashion industry. She became so good and famous at what she did that one of the top fashion industries signed her as one of their brand ambassadors.
Despite her condition, she went on to build a name for herself, carve out a niche, and establish a transgenerational stream of income.
