Eng//Esp] LOH Contest #151 Happy Third Anniversary Ladies

LOH is a space dedicated to empowering women, the topics it addresses and how it addresses them are life lessons.
In a world that has historically been dominated by men, these empowering spaces are essential to counteract gender stereotypes and promote equality. Women have been undervalued and underrepresented in all areas of life, from the workplace to politics. This community gives us the opportunity to support each other and weave bonds of solidarity by creating a network of support that strengthens each individual as it teaches us to make informed decisions and face obstacles with determination.

I am living my 60's and in Ladies of hive I have found a space for personal growth and development, where I have been able to share my ideas and experiences while I have been enriched by the contributions and considerations of other women from different latitudes and cultures.
At any age you learn and this community has provided me with the right tools to emotionally support women who have experienced trauma and difficulties due to discrimination, gender violence or sexual harassment.

LOH has given me a lot of satisfaction, I have laughed and cried writing the posts, through its answers I have lived again, recalling significant memories for me, in this process I have been able to heal old wounds because I have the ability to approach things with more maturity and it definitely does me a lot of good, it gives me happiness.

I thank this community for finding a way to make communication closer with my granddaughter, my niece and other teenagers and young people who interact with me, dealing with issues that concern them and do not focus well, such as self-esteem and body acceptance, as they have formed certain stereotypes of beauty that show them how they should look and behave. I have shared with them many of the posts that have dealt with these aspects, where diversity is shown and self-acceptance is promoted, it helps them to free themselves from these unrealistic expectations by teaching them to love themselves as they are.

If I were a judge for LOH this week, I would like to ask the Ladies

1. What ideas, suggestions or sections of work do you propose to improve the functioning of the community?
2. Would you like to organize a workshop or community meeting, what objectives or topics would you propose?

So far my participation, I wish the direction of the community and each of the women who are part of it, Congratulations , Many successes in the daily work, that we all put a gothic in the empowerment and development of the potential of Women .

LOH es un espacio dedicado a empoderar a las mujeres, los temas que trata y como los aborda constituyen enseñanzas de vida.
En un mundo que históricamente ha sido dominado por hombres, estos espacios empoderadores son esenciales para contrarrestar los estereotipos de género y promover la igualdad. Las mujeres han sido subestimadas y subrepresentadas en todas las áreas de la vida, desde el ámbito laboral hasta el político. Esta comunidad nos brinda la oportunidad de apoyarnos mutuamente y tejer lazos de solidaridad creando una red de apoyo que fortalece a cada individuo puesto que enseña a tomar decisiones informadas y a enfrentar los obstáculos con determinación.

Yo estoy viviendo mi década 60 y en Ladies of hive he encontrado un espacio de crecimiento y desarrollo personal, dónde he podido compartir mis ideas y experiencias a la par que me he enriquecido con los aportes y consideraciones de otras mujeres de diferentes latitudes y culturas.
A cualquier edad se aprende y en esta comunidad me ha facilitado las herramientas adecuadas para apoyar emocionalmente a mujeres que han experimentado traumas y dificultades debido a la discriminación, la violencia de género o el acoso sexual.

LOH me ha proporcionado muchísima satisfacción, me he reído y he llorado escribiendo los post, a través de sus contest he vuelto a vivir, rememorando recuerdos significativos para mí, en este proceso he podido sanar viejas heridas porque tengo la capacidad de enfocar las cosas con más madurez y definitivamente me hace mucho bien, me da felicidad.

Agradezco a esta comunidad encontrar la manera de hacer más estrecha la comunicación con mi nieta, mi sobrina y otros adolescentes y jóvenes que interactúan conmigo, tratando temas que les preocupan y no enfocan bien, como lo es la autoestima y la aceptación del cuerpo, ya que tienen formados determinados estereotipos de belleza que les muestran cómo deben verse y comportarse. He compartido con ellas mucho de los post que han tratado estos aspectos, donde se muestra la diversidad y se promueve la auto aceptación, las ayuda a liberarse de estas expectativas pocos realistas enseñándolas a amarse a sí mismas tal como son.

Si fuese jurado de LOH en esta semana, me gustaría preguntarles a las Ladies
1.¿Qué ideas, sugerencias o secciones de trabajo proponen para mejorar el funcionamiento de la comunidad?

1. ¿Les gustaría organizar un taller o encuentro de la comunidad. qué objetivos o temas propondrían?
