OCD x Skatehive "Quest for Stoken" Contest (Season II)


This contest is intended to welcome and highlight /Skatehive as part of the OCD Community Incubation Program. Get ready to show us your best work and submit your entry !

OCD has been at the forefront of supporting different niche communities in Hive. Under the Community Incubation Program, OCD has been helping community leaders and moderators grow their genre-specific communities through focused curation. As observed in the latest update, communities under the program have grown both in number of subscriptions and in engagements within their members. By highlighting great posts by users in a particular community, they are encouraged to level up their game or maintain the quality of their posts.

This contest is intended to showcase Quest For Stoken, a 2D platformer game developed by The Skatehive Community over the course of 1 year.

What is "Quest for Stoken"

Quest For Stoken is a 2D platformer play2earn game intregated to Hive blockchain offering players a fun and retro gaming experience. You play as a skateboarder wielding an American flag sword as you fight you way through dangerous cities, travel into outer space, fight aliens, and make your way into the underground depths where you must find the private key to escape.

For this contest, we ask you to play the freshly polished version of the game, enjoy yourself, tell us about your experience and earn sweet prizes!

How to participate

  1. Play Quest For Stoken, make a post about it inside Skatehive Community and add the tag #questforstoken. One entry per-participant.

  2. Link to your post in the comments below.

  3. No posts under 200 words. Lazy posts will not be promoted.

  4. Abuse or bullying will not be tolerated.

  5. No plagiarism is allowed, all posts must be 100% original.

  6. All posts must be in English or at least have an English translation.

  7. Subscribe to Skatehive Community

Hola niñas y niños jugadores y patinadores de HiveBlockchain. Esta es mi primera reseña de Quest For Stoken. En mi opinión, uno de los juegos de skate más representativos jamás creados. Disponemos de vasos de fideos Gnars que se pueden lanzar y golpear objetos que no puedes alcanzar. Tenemos que presionar z para correr más rápido. Doble espacio para saltar más alto. Bueno, creo que alguien debe haber llegado más lejos que yo en este juego. Pero analicé algunas cosas en este video. Y en la parte de los interruptores hay un error, que si mueres en ese punto tendrás que volver al principio porque los interruptores se bloquean y te quedas sin salida. Terrible, te juro que me estresé mucho con este juego. Y a la vez me encantó, me pasé el día intentando llegar más lejos así que espero que rebloguees este post para que más personas puedan entrar a QFS esta semana e intentar superar mi récord. Obtuve algo cercano a 134.000 puntos y estoy primero en la clasificación. Realmente espero que @web-gnar solucione este error pronto para poder avanzar más fácilmente. Este juego parece infinito, este video duró 45 minutos. Pero es bueno que los principiantes obtengan información sobre las partes más difíciles del juego. Desafortunadamente no pude mostrar el final porque no pude llegar allí, pero creo que debí haber estado cerca. Las horas que el @knowhow92 son mis favoritos jaja. Y Grecia es el mejor lugar. Hello girls and boys gamers and skaters from HiveBlockchain. This is my first review of Quest For Stoken. In my opinion, one of the most representative skateboarding games ever created. We have Gnars noogles glasses that can be thrown and hit objects that you can't reach. We have to press z to run faster. Double Space to jump higher. Well, I think someone must have gotten further than me in this game. But I analyzed some things in this video. And in the switch part there is a bug, that if you die at that point you will have to go back to the beginning because the switches lock and you are left with no way out. Terrible, I swear I got really stressed out about this game. And at the same time I loved it, I spent the day trying to get further so I hope you reblog this post so that more people can enter QFS this week and try to beat my record. I scored something close to 134,000 points and I'm first in the rankings. I really hope @web-gnar fixes this bug soon so I can go further more easily. This game seems infinite, this video was 45 minutes long. But it's good for beginners to get insights into the more difficult parts of the game. Olá meninas e meninos gamers e skatistas da HiveBlockchain. Este é meu primeiro review de Quest For Stoken. Na minha opnião um dos jogos mais representativos de skate já criados. Temos óculos noogles da Gnars que servem para ser arremessados e atingir objetos que você não alcança. Temos que apertar z para correr mais rápido. Double Space para pular mais alto. Bom, eu acho que alguém já deve ter chegado mais longe do que eu nesse jogo. Mas eu analisei algumas coisas nesse vídeo. E na parte dos switches existe um bug, que se você morrer naquela altura você vai ter que voltar do início pois o switches trava e você fica sem saída. Terrível, eu juro que me estressei feio com esse jogo. E ao mesmo tempo amei, passei o dia tentando chegar mais longe então espero que vocês rebloguem esse post para que mais pessoas possam entrar no QFS essa semana e tentar bater meu record. Eu fiz algo perto de 134.000 pontos e estou em primeiro no ranking. Eu espero muito que @web-gnar conserte esse bug logo para que eu possa ir mais longe com mais facilidade. Esse jogo parece infinito, esse vídeo ficou com 45 minutos. Mas é bom para os iniciantes pegar as visões sobre as partes mais difícies do jogo. O final infelizmente eu não pude mostrar porque não consegui chegar, mas acredito que devo ter chegado perto. As horas que o @knowhow92 são minhas favoritas haha. E a Grécia é o melhor lugar.
