I hope that all of you are in good health so that you can carry out all your activities without any problem.

Today Monday, now I will share my experience all about activity
As usual I wake up from sleep and then proceed with light stretching to relax my body because stretching right after waking up is to minimize injury.
Today, mostly I ate meat, I rarely ate carbohydrates, whether chicken or fish ivory.
Because today is not working holiday as well as the weekend and the end of the month. start in morning i goto jogging I use app strava and i reach ± 2 km and then I cycle in the evening taking the usual route, yes, 7 km and it takes about 30 minutes. Today I have more activities to walk here and there so there are more activity steps unlike usual days.
Then when I got home, I continued with rest, around 10 pm I went to sleep.

I have a little advice for you, Take good care of your health. If you are a little sick, just take a break, don't force yourself to continue your work or sports. Because a little injury will reduce your work productivity and it hurts a lot if you get injured it takes time and money to get back to health, health is expensive so take care of your health.
