Welcome to #SMaP Show Me A Photo Contest Round 162

This time I will leave you to choose what you would like to show from your bird photos. In other words it is again FREE THEME. Show me any bird you have photographed. Tell me why you choose it, what makes it special? Or is it just a random photo you made and you like it? When I say any bird, that makes the task easier as you can never get wrong with birds in the zoo for example, or the pigeons in the park. Big birds are easy models. Just a hint.

Here are my two examples for inspiration.😉

The swan in the sea is always a pleasure to photograph, but they are gone by now and will be back next winter.

Woodpeckers on the other hand are constantly in the parks. Here is the Great Spotted Woodpecker next to the hole he was drilling.

Last, but not least - have fun!

If you create quality post with more images and interesting story about them, making extra effort can give you bigger upvotes and attract curators. Keep that in mind.
