Hello Feathered Friends Lovers,

Welcome to #SMaP Show Me A Photo Contest Round 140!

For this round I choose the theme suggested by @corvidae - SHOREBIRDS/SEABIRDS.

Yesterday I went down to the beach to make new photos, so to have something to illustrate the prompt. Maybe the first that will come up in mind will be the gull, but there are others such as cormorants, terns, pelicans, puffins, penguins to name a few. Shorebirds include plover, sandpipers, oystercatchers, avocets. There are more of them I am sure, just google it and you will find out.
Tip: you may not have a chance to visit a shore or a sea, but if you visit a zoo, you may have some interesting birds there, and also to be shore or seabirds.

First example is of the black-headed gull, who has but white head. It will change the colour in the winter.
