This is a very important question today in our society in terms of the female gender because every day we are exposed to physical and emotional violence, where we are facing this kind of problems without giving a pause to all this, every day women are facing risks in society, perhaps for being called the weaker sex, which I differ because today all these standards have been changing over time. Really through the education I have received and everything I have seen during my life, I consider that I am prepared to face the psychological threats, although the physical ones are harder, but I feel capable of assuming everything, because women should always be aware of everything and be prepared for these terrible situations.

As for self-defense I consider it an important weapon to take because we are prepared for any adversity that may arise with our physical and mental integrity, above all we must know and give in practice tactics that can serve us, although currently we know the most useful that we have instilled in the family, personally my husband was a policeman and saw many self-defense courses, which gradually has been teaching me for anything that arises and is not at my side, this more than anything in self-defense with both women and men, I believe that women should be prepared. Women must be prepared and not to be paralyzed by this danger is always good to remain calm, although sometimes this is not so, because we tend to lose control because of fear, but we can dominate that fear and transform it into a strategy of life and in turn salvation.

Esta es una pregunta muy importante hoy en día en nuestra sociedad en cuanto al genero femenino ya que cada día estamos expuestas a violencia física y emocional, en donde nos vemos afrontando este tipo de problemas sin dar una pausa a todo esto, cada día las mujeres son enfrentamos a riesgos en la sociedad, quizás por ser llamado el sexo débil, cosa que difiero ya que hoy en día todo estos estándares han venido cambiando a través del tiempo. Realmente a través de la educación que he recibido y todo lo que visto durante mi vida, considero que si estoy preparada para enfrentar las amenazas psicológicas, aunque las física es mas duro, pero si me siento capaz de asumir todo, porque la mujeres siempre debe estar al corriente de todo y prepararse ante estas terribles situaciones.

En cuanto la defensa personal considero que un arma importante que tomar ya que estamos preparadas ante cualquier adversidad que se pueda presentar con nuestra integridad física y mental, ante todo debemos conocer y dar en practicas tácticas que nos puedan servir, aunque actualmente conocemos las mas útiles que nos han inculcado en la familia, en lo personal mi esposo fue policía y vio muchos cursos de defensa personal, los cuales poco a poco me ha ido enseñando para cualquier cosa que se presente y no este a mi lado, esto mas que todo en defensa personal tanto con mujeres como con hombres, considero que las mujeres debemos estar preparadas. La mujeres debe estar preparada y para no quedar paralizada ante este peligro siempre es bueno mantener la calma, aunque en ocasiones esto no sea así, porque solemos perder el control por el miedo, pero nosotros podemos dominar ese miedo y transfórmalo en estrategia de vida y a su  vez de salvación.

Sincerely a question a little difficult and at the same time easy, but that makes us think about everything a little, because not being or not having any relationship with us becomes difficult, that's why if I could choose someone sincerely would be a person or family in need and would give that person clothes to spend Christmas or maybe a TV for distraction, there are many material gifts that come to my mind, but I look for something appropriate that is useful. Material things come and go, but they are as important as everything in life for our survival, stay and relaxation, because many times those people do not have how to get those material goods, that is why that family or person would be in a street situation, although I had already done that work some time ago, I would like to do it again, but the situation would be the same.

I believe that not everyone has the privilege of getting a gift this Christmas and less from a stranger, that's why I would like to make this gesture because no one takes the audacity to do it, if I could have enough money I would do it without thinking about it because when we do it we feel happy and at the same time, we feel a satisfaction that only giving and giving makes us feel good. At Christmas the material gifts are as nice as a spiritual one, many times people say that it is not important, but honestly it makes others happy, every day we must strive to give without expecting anything in return, because these initiatives are what make the difference in everything, there are many gifts, that is why I would also like to give money to that person to undertake, look for something to do and can help.

Sinceramente una pregunta un poco difícil y a su vez fácil, pero que nos pone a pensar en todo un poco, porque al no ser o no tener relacion alguna con nosotros se torna difícil, es por eso si pudiera escoger a alguien sinceramente seria a una persona o familia necesitada y le regalaría a esa persona ropa para que pase las navidades o quizás un televisor para la distracción, son muchos los regalos materiales que se vienen a mi mente, pero busco algo apropiado que sea de utilidad. Las cosas materiales van y vienen, pero son tan importante como todo en la vida para nuestro supervivencia, estadía y relajación, porque muchas veces esas personas no tienen como obtener esos bienes materiales, es por eso que esa familia o persona seria de situación de calle, aunque esa labor ya la había hecho hace tiempo, me gustaria volver hacer, pero la situación fuera la misma.


Considero que no todos tienen el privilegio de obtener un regalo en esta navidad y menos de un desconocido, es por eso que me gustaria hacer ese gesto ya que nadie se toma el atrevimiento de hacerlo, si pudiera tener el dinero suficiente lo haría sin pensarlo ya que al hacerlo nos sentimos felices y a la vez, sentimos una satisfacción que solo dar y obsequiar nos hace sentir bien. En navidad los regalos materiales son tan bonitos como uno espiritual, muchas veces las personas dicen que so no es importante, pero sinceramente hace felices a los demás, cada día debemos esforzarnos en dar sin esperar nada a cambio, porque estas iniciativas son las que marcan la diferencia en todo, son muchos los regalos, es por eso que también me gustaria regalar dinero mismo a esa persona para que emprenda, busque algo que hacer y se pueda ayudar.
