Hola queridos hivers!✨️ Hoy quiero contarles un pequeño resumen de mi semana y mostrarles un lugar nuy bonito y muy especial. Nuestra celebración de San Valentín fue pasar una tarde en familia tomando el aire fresco y contemplando el atardecer. Afortunadamente ese día el clima estuvo perfecto para disfrutar al aire libre, no hacía ni frío ni calor y el cielo estaba muy despejado 🩵 esa actividad refrescante realmente tuvo lugar el martes, pues el miércoles 14 nos tocaba trabajar todo el día, y trabajamos en tiendas que venden bastante en esas fechas así que fue una semana muy movida pero muy entretenida también. Pero el martes definitivamente fue mi día favorito.
Hello dear winters!✨️ Today I want to tell you a small summary of my week and show you a very beautiful and very special place. Our Valentine's celebration was to spend an afternoon with the family taking in the fresh air and watching the sunset. Fortunately that day the weather was perfect to enjoy outdoors, it was neither hot nor cold and the sky was very clear 🩵 that refreshing activity really took place on Tuesday, because on Wednesday the 14th we had to work all day, and we worked in stores wich sell a lot on these dates so it was a very busy week but also very entertaining. But Tuesday was definitely my favorite day.
Mi primo al igual que yo disfruta mucho dar largos paseos, y un día, caminando, conociendo la ciudad, descubrió este parque en la montaña. El parque se llama Larreagaburu y pudimos notar que es uno de los lugares predilectos de los citadinos de Bilbao para ir a pasear a sus perros, hacer picnics o simplemente sentarse a tomar el sol o mirar el atardecer, pues es una gran extensión de verdor en las alturas de la ciudad.
My cousin, like me, really enjoys taking long walks, and one day, while walking, getting to know the city, he discovered this park in the mountains. The park is called Larreagaburu and we were able to notice that it is one of the favorite places for Bilbao city dwellers to go walk their dogs, have picnics or simply sit and sunbathe or watch the sunset, as it is a large expanse of greenery in the heights of the city.
Es una fortuna que uno de los caminos para llegar al parque queda cerca de nuestro barrio. Está ubicado en los desniveles de las faldas de las montañas que rodean los terrenos de las antiguas explotaciones mineras llamadas hoy en día "Mina del Morro".
It is fortunate that one of the paths to get to the park is close to our neighborhood. It is located on the slopes of the mountains that surround the land of the old mining operations called today "Mina del Morro", that means *Little mountain mine*
En el camino de subida disfrutamos viendo los árboles y a las flores silvestres bailar con el viento 🌼
On the way up we enjoyed watching the trees and wildflowers dance with the wind 🌼
También encontramos un árbol muy curioso, con muchos ojos. ¿Alguien reconoce qué árbol es? Yo he tenido que buscarlo.
We also found a very curious tree, with many eyes. Does anyone recognize what tree it is? I had to look for it.
Manu llevó sus equipos para grabar un video. Y yo era su asistente sosteniendo el trípode porque a veces hubo viento. Un viento muy agradable por cierto.
Manu brought his equipment to record a video. And I was his assistant holding the tripod because sometimes it was windy. A very pleasant wind indeed.

Después nos quedamos allí un buen rato relajándonos hasta que el sol bajó.
