I'll also study the recipe and steal ideas for other foods, as it's seldom that I buy fresh fish here in the UK:)

Thank you very much for your nice compliment and your Support dear friend @millycf1976. Using the basic ideas is not so bad. For fish I am lucky here I have the opportunity to buy different fresh fish at the market or directly on the beach and there in Norway my client always asks me when I have my non-veg day and gives me fresh from the ocean. Both places we live are more fishy. :D my best regards :)
