In the heart of life's relentless storm,
We find ourselves, broken and torn.
Loss descends, a shadow cast,
Echoing regrets of the past.

Yet within the sorrow, within the grief,
Lies the promise of relief.
For every tear that's shed in pain,
Is a step on the path to strength regained.

Do we wallow in despair, in endless night?
Or rise like the dawn, radiant and bright?
The choice is ours, to hide or seek,
To remain confined, or to be unique.

In the echo of loss, in the silence so deep,
We find the strength that we can keep.
A resilience born of tears and time,
A mountain born from a challenging climb.

So let the tears fall, let the heartache sing,
In sorrow's shadow, find your wing.
Rise from the ashes, head held high,
A testament to the strength inside.

For in every ending, in every goodbye,
There's a chance for our spirits to reach the sky.
In the heart of loss, we find our way,
Stronger, wiser, day by day.

We have to find strength, regain it and cut off sorrows.

Because there will always be a goodbye, somehow, someday.

You're absolutely right. Goodbyes are a part of life, and although they can be incredibly painful, they also help us grow and become stronger. It's through these experiences that we learn to appreciate the moments and the people we have in our lives.

I've experienced the loss of three significant men in my life over three consecutive years (2015, 2016, and 2017): my father, the father of my daughter, and my father-in-law. The memory of receiving the news is still painful. All the news came as a shock to me.

The dark tunnel is not always long and at the end there is always a light of hope. We do not rise and continue strong like a mighty lion, with the face the wind again.
