With tools that follow some steps.Let's start today's wonderful cooking.

I love to eat vegetables every day but the taste of cooking with my own hands is truly incomparable. But as far as I know Malvaceae removes toxins from the skin and contains vitamin C calcium which is effective in preventing respiratory problems. Then Manan corrects folate deficiency in the body and improves kidney function.In particular,it prevents cancer, which is an incomparable function for our human body. It controls the weight of the human body.So let us cook and eat ourselves which is 80% healthy.

First of all wash the Malvaceae vegetables well. Then cut into nice size as per your convenience. Place in a container
