Making Pandan Avocado Pudding for the first time.

Hey HIVE friends in this community, It's been a long time since I shared a recipe on this platform, and tonight after a long time I will share a recipe for a sweet dessert with you. And I share this recipe as my participation in the contest provided by @sirenahippie. Thank you for holding this contest. I like green, one of the colors that from childhood to adulthood has become a color that doesn't shift in my heart, many of my things have a green color, and don't just stop at things every time there is food or drink that is green like there is a new passion that I want to taste it.



I often make green food, not only at this time, but usually I get the green color from the pandanus that I blend, now I get the green color from pandan and avocado which I got yesterday at the market and I bought the wrong one because the pokat was still young even though it was deep ripe, but because it was still young, it had been harvested, the color of the fruit flesh had turned black, I was afraid it was rotten, but it turned out that the taste was not bitter, only the color was like that and the conclusion was saved.



To make this recipe, it's very easy and if you can't find an avocado you can just use pandan leaves or ready-made pandan paste, it's very easy, the ingredients needed are also not many and I will immediately share this recipe with friends who are here.

Materials needed:

  1. 1 avocado
  2. 1 pack of sweetened condensed milk (5 ML size)
  3. 1 pack of instant coconut milk (5 ml size)
  4. 5 tablespoons of sugar
  5. 1 pack of jelly flour
  6. 600ML of water
  7. Fresh pandan leaves to taste
  8. ½ tablespoon cornstarch.
  9. 1 egg.


How to make :


1. Clean the pandan leaves and cut the pandan leaves into a blender then mix the instant coconut milk into it and add a little water, the water used is water that has been measured into the 600 ML, and no additional water other than 600 ML in size which has been set.

2. After that, blend until the pandan is smooth, then strain and throw away the pandan dregs.

3. Then puree the avocado and put the pandan leaf filter water back into it, blend until completely smooth. After it's smooth, put it in the pan without straining it again

4. After that, add all the ingredients such as eggs, gelatin flour, cornstarch, granulated sugar, sweetened condensed milk, the remaining water that has not been used, stir until smooth and cook over medium heat until it boils

5. After boiling, put it in the mold and wait until it cools down.

6. Then after it cools down and the pudding hardens, we can enjoy it

7. Pandan avocado pudding has been made and you can serve it cold or at room temperature and it all depends on our individual tastes.



How easy is it to make it? If you want a slightly stronger color then you can add pandan-flavored instant coloring to it, if not the green color that we make is also quite representative. You guys make amazing things with avocadoes. I must try this dessert 😁 Over here we are not too creative when it comes to avocadoes, so it'll be an interesting experience for me, and a delicious, too, of course!
