Maybe some of the participants I saw participating in the contest shopped more at modern supermarkets where the conditions were much cleaner with friendly service.. but not with me, I always shop for vegetables and various types of fish and meat at traditional markets because the goods come every every day and always new, there are no wilted or unfit vegetables here and I like it, but that doesn't mean I don't like shopping at modern markets. I shop at supermarkets or modern markets to buy my monthly needs that are dry and can last a long time such as shampoo, body wash, dry herbs, cooking oil, sugar and many other things, while my vegetable and side dish needs are still shopping. in a traditional market

And this Sunday morning was my routine to stock my vegetables and I decided to go to the morning market which is located at the main market in my city, Binjai. And you have to know why this market is called the morning market or people often call it the ghost market. This is because the operating hours of this market are only from 04 in the morning to 08 in the morning. This market is only open for a few hours, why is that because this market rides on the terraces of existing shops and supermarkets. So they have to close their merchandise before the shops are opened by the owner.

And because they are open for only a few hours, they sell prices that are always below the standard market prices in general, many other market traders also shop here in large parties because the prices are like wholesale prices. But don't worry about quality issues here, the quality here is premium or the same as those found in main markets or supermarkets. They sell them at low prices because they don't rent expensive places, don't pay for electricity and obviously don't pay taxes to the State so their prices will be much cheaper, and after 08 in the morning, the goods they haven't sold will be sold to other traders. in the main market with the entrusted goods system. Then they have to clean up their stalls as if nothing happened there, and that's why this market is called a ghost market or morning market apart from their operating hours which are open in the morning

Always success for this community. there are various types of potatoes that I can find in this market, starting from rendang potatoes which are very small in size, these potatoes are suitable for various types of curries, and are very tasty when used as dry potato skewers. And to process these potatoes you don't need to peel them, you just have to wash them clean and then process them according to your wishes. There are also red potatoes because the skin is red. The price of these potatoes is much more expensive compared to white potatoes of the same size, this is because if they are boiled the texture of these potatoes is much softer and if they are fried they will be more fragile.

And finally I decided to shop for rendang potatoes and I will process them for you later, and what you should know is that the price for potatoes is Rp. 5000 or the equivalent of 0.33 US dollars and a large jumbo potato costs Rp. 10,000 or the equivalent of 0.66 u$ dollars. How about pocketing Rp. 20,000 or the equivalent of 1.32 u$ dollars. With the money that you think is small, I can already buy the 3 types of potatoes that I want. And I will process these potatoes into a soup mixture with ear mushrooms and carrots. And I really like this dish, hot soupy food can improve my mood. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to store these potatoes so that they are durable and long lasting. I just kept them at room temperature and let them go free without being wrapped in plastic.
