#hive espero que la estén pasando bien, y que este año está iniciando venga para ustedes cargado de bendiciones, este año para mí en lo personal tengo muchos retos personales dentro de nuestro ecosistema entre ellos está el lograr colaborar a la masificación de nuestra blockchain, sobre todo en nuestro país Venezuela.
Cuando ví está Iniciativa me llamó poderosamente la atención, porque me gustaría que mis ideas sean vistas y porque no, ser tomadas en cuenta, por eso decidí formar parte de esta iniciativa y he aquí mi apreciación, espero sea de su agrado.
¿Cómo sería la reunión de tus sueños?
Pues bien para los que no lo saben formó parte de un proyecto llamado
#lacasitahive dedicado al trabajo de masificación de la blockchain a través de la educación, el arte y la cultura, el año pasado logramos incorporar una buena cantidad de usuarios dentro de
#hive, algunos han seguido con nosotros, otros han abandonado, y otros gracias a la labor que a pesar de mis problemas personales, hemos estado trabajando y ha dado resultado, ya que algunos de ellos están regresando a ser parte activa del ecosistema.
No ha sido tarea fácil, pero no a pesar de eso no nos detenemos, por eso debo decir que la reunión de mis sueños sería, una donde podamos tener a esos hivers nuevo dentro del ecosistema, y poder responder todas sus interrogantes, donde podamos aclarar todas sus dudas, pero sobretodo donde seamos capaces como usuario viejos dentro del ecosistema, de enamorarlos de la blockchain tanto como lo estamos nosotros, en esa reunión sería de vital importancia que asistan personas respetadas dentro de
#hive no necesariamente curadores, pero sí personas que se han ganado el respeto y admiración de muchos de nosotros como usuarios.
En esta reunión, aunque más que una reunión, me gustaría que no fuese un encuentro de amigos, porque eso es quizás lo que hace falta dentro de la blockchain, hace falta un encuentro con personas que a pesar de su trayectoria sean humildes, que no se hayan subido los humos a la cabeza, solo por el hecho de como decimos coloquialmente en Venezuela, de haberla pegado, y de eso tenemos muchísimo en nuestro amado hive.
Creo que es necesario que los asistentes al salir de la reunión, salgan de allí completamente convencidos de la seguridad, de lo confiable que nuestro ecosistema es capaz de brindarle, pero sobre todo creo que esa reunión ideal más que una reunión banal y fría debe estar llena de compañerismo. Por supuesto que todos los asistentes puedan ser capaces de tener al menos una camisa y una gorra, porque en marketing esto sirve para anclar a los usuarios, es decir darles algo de nuestra marca, que los haga sentir que son importantes para nosotros, y por tanto volverán o permanecerán dentro de la blockchain, como nota personal se que es así, yo tengo casi 4 años dentro de
#hive y aún no he tenido la oportunidad de conseguir una franela, tal vez suene tonto pero es real, también es importante hacer de esta reunión una lluvia de ideas, que nos genere posibles soluciones a problemas que podamos encontrar en la blockchain.
¿ A qué personas te gustaría conocer?
Pues bien dentro de este lapso de casi cuatro años dentro del ecosistema, he logrado crear nexos con algunos hivers, que para mí sería un placer poder conocerlos de manera personal y ya no virtual.
Porsupuesto sería tonto no decir que me gustaría conocer algún curador como
#curangel,
#appreciator,
#ocd, y tal vez porque no darle algunos sugerencias, jajajaja que ilusa, pero bueno soñar no cuesta nada.
¿Qué tipo de actividades serían increíbles en esta reunión?
Cómo lo mencioné anteriormente, esta reunión debe contar con una logística bien planificada y diseñada, o al menos así me gustaría a mí realizarla, creo que es pertinente contar con una ronda de preguntas y respuestas, también sería interesante hacer juegos o dinámicas, con preguntas sobre nuestro ecosistema donde puedan obtener algún premio (aquí entrarían las franelas, gorras, llaveros, o cualquier otro objeto que lleve nuestro logo de hive).
Y lo que no debe faltar en esta reunión es mostrar la parte humana de los asistentes, por lo que sería interesante que cada persona que asista pueda donar algún artículo de comida o uso personal, y al final con lo recaudado, donarlo a quien más lo necesite, y como último la creación de un vídeo que lleve un bonito mensaje.
Creo que en esencia está sería mi versión de una buena reunión, espero les guste, y ojalá podamos hacerla realidad, saludos.

What would the meeting of your dreams be like?
Well for those who do not know it was part of a project called
#lacasitahive dedicated to the work of massification of the blockchain through education, art and culture, last year we managed to incorporate a good amount of users within
#hive, some have continued with us, others have left, and others thanks to the work that despite my personal problems, we have been working and it has paid off, as some of them are returning to be an active part of the ecosystem.
It has not been an easy task, but in spite of that we do not stop, so I must say that the meeting of my dreams would be one where we can have those new hivers inside the ecosystem, and be able to answer all their questions, where we can clarify all their doubts, but above all where we are able as an old user within the ecosystem, to make them fall in love with the blockchain as much as we are, in that meeting it would be of vital importance that respected people attend within
#hive not necessarily curators, but people who have earned the respect and admiration of many of us as users.
In this meeting, although more than a meeting, I would like it not to be a meeting of friends, because that is perhaps what is missing within the blockchain, we need a meeting with people who despite their trajectory are humble, who have not gone to the head, just for the fact that as we say colloquially in Venezuela, to have stuck it, and we have a lot of that in our beloved hive.
I think it is necessary that the attendees leave the meeting completely convinced of the security, of the reliability that our ecosystem is capable of providing, but above all I think that the ideal meeting, more than a banal and cold meeting, should be full of fellowship. Of course all attendees should be able to have at least a shirt and a cap, because in marketing this serves to anchor users, that is to give them something of our brand, which makes them feel that they are important to us, and therefore they will return or remain within the blockchain, as a personal note I know this is so, I have almost 4 years inside
#hive and I have not yet had the opportunity to get a flannel, maybe it sounds tornto but it is real, it is also important to make this meeting a brainstorming, that generates us possible solutions to problems that we can find in the blockchain.
Which people would you like to meet?
Well, in this period of almost four years in the ecosystem, I have managed to create links with some hivers, and it would be a pleasure for me to meet them personally and no longer virtually.
Of course it would be silly not to say that I would like to meet some curators like curangel, appreciator, ocd, and maybe why not give them some suggestions, hahahaha what an illusion, but dreaming doesn't cost a thing.
What kind of activities would be awesome at this meeting?
As I mentioned before, this meeting should have a well planned and designed logistics, or at least that's how I would like to do it, I think it is relevant to have a round of questions and answers, it would also be interesting to make games or dynamics, with questions about our ecosystem where they can get some prize (here would enter the t-shirts, hats, key chains, or any other object that carries our hive logo).
And what should not be missing in this meeting is to show the human side of the attendees, so it would be interesting that each person who attends can donate an item of food or personal use, and at the end with the proceeds, donate it to those who need it most, and finally the creation of a video that carries a nice message.
I think that in essence this would be my version of a good meeting, I hope you like it, and hopefully we can make it happen, greetings.
