WE- Weekend Food Situation.

Many people enjoy cooking for enjoyment over the weekend, as there's more time for it. Do you cook or prepare food more on the weekends due to more time, or do you choose more takeout or pre-prepared food? I love it that this weekend we get to talk about cooking. I don't know for others, but somehow it just excites me to write about something I find joy doing.

For me, my cooking routines have always been normal, and cooking has always been an enjoyable experience. Be it the weekend or the weekdays, I cook almost every day. I don't have a perfect day to cook. For me, every day is perfect and brand new day to enter the kitchen and spice things up.

On days I am tired, or I just got back from school late, or I have an early appointment or class, I must find a way to cook. Either I wake up early to cook or I find easy meals to make. But believe me, my cooker is always hot.

As the guy that I am, and in my part of the world, it's rare to find guys that are always in the kitchen. But for me, I love being in the kitchen. I love when my hands are busy making food. I love the aroma that emanates from the kitchen, especially when it's mine. I love people eating my food and having smiles on their faces. I love experimenting with food. It's just my kind of person. And no, I don't consider myself to be a good cook, nor do I plan on opening a restaurant in the future.

And the crazy part is, sixty percent of the time, I find it hard to eat foods made by others because I feel like they just didn't make it to what I wanted. So if I eat food made by you and I love it, then you must be a good cook.

This has clearly made it hard for me to eat or order food outside. It's not my thing, not even on weekends. And even if I do, then probably there must be more junk. But when it comes to good food, it's me and my kitchen.
