Bienvenidos a mi blog apreciada comunidad Ladies of Hive, es muy grato para mí interactuar en la comunidad cada semana, dando respuestas a las preguntas generadas por las damas que hacen vida en este ecosistema tan üvariado, está vez preguntas bajo la responsabilidad de la dama @marivic10, en esta oportunidad daré respuesta a la pregunta nro 2.

Welcome to my blog, dear Ladies of Hive community. It is a great pleasure for me to interact with the community every week, answering questions generated by the ladies who make life in this diverse ecosystem. This time, questions are under the responsibility of @marivic10. This time, I will answer question number 2.

¿Qué tipo de comida prefieres? ¿Eres de los que prefieren lo saludable o la comida chatarra? ¿O simplemente buscas un buen equilibrio entre ambas?
La verdad prefiero comida saludable o sana, comida que defino como nutritiva, casera y sabrosa con los nutrientes necesarios que mi cuerpo necesita para funcionar correctamente, creo que normalmente mis alimentos son bien balanceados y equilibrados, grasas, carbohidratos, proteínas, frutas, verduras, hortalizas, legumbres y algo de azúcares, también controlo el uso de frituras, generalmente los alimentos que consumo son preparados por mí misma, me encanta cocinar y según mis comensales cocino muy bien y sabroso pero también me encanta darme mis gustitos de vez en cuando en casa o en la calle, disfruto de una hamburguesa, comida china, pasticho, pizzas, helados entre otros, en proporciones adecuadas y sin exageraciones, trato de incluír en cada plato diferentes grupos de alimentos.

What type of food do you prefer? Are you a healthy or junk food person? Or do you just look for a good balance between the two? I actually prefer healthy food, which I define as nutritious, homemade, and tasty, with the necessary nutrients my body needs to function properly. I believe my meals are normally well-balanced: fats, carbohydrates, proteins, fruits, vegetables, legumes, and some sugar. I also control my fried foods. Generally, the foods I eat are prepared by myself. I love to cook, and according to my guests, I cook very well and tasty. But I also love to indulge myself from time to time, whether at home or on the go. I enjoy a hamburger, Chinese food, pasticho, pizza, ice cream, among others, in appropriate proportions and without exaggeration. I try to include different food groups in each dish.

Actualmente tengo un aliado desde hace más o menos un año en

tre mis utensilios de cocina, así es cuento con una freidora de aire, con la que puedo darme mis gustos, sin complicaciones sin sentir, remordimiento y con un gusto exquisito, ahí hago variedad comidas fritas sin una gota de aceite, plátanos, pollo, carnes, papas, verduras, palomitas de maíz todo lo que se me antoja frito, también no puede faltar en mí cocina mi aceite de oliva para mis ensaladas y vegetales.
Comer equilibrado para mí es comer de todo : variado, colorido, nutritivo y rico, procuro darle a mi cuerpo las cantidades necesarias para maximizar mis energías y.logrsr que mi cuerpo funcione de manera óptima para cumplir con mis funciones diarias

I've had an ally among my kitchen utensils for about a year now: an air fryer. It allows me to indulge without complications, without feeling remorse, and with exquisite taste. I make a variety of fried foods without a drop of oil: plantains, chicken, meats, potatoes, vegetables, popcorn, everything I crave fried. I also have olive oil in my kitchen for my salads and vegetables. For me, a balanced diet means eating everything: varied, colorful, nutritious, and delicious. I also control my fried foods.

I do this, too because having those oils too much in the body could be harmful. Taking junks once in a while isn’t an issue but not to be addicted to it than going for the homemade meal. I love cooking, too. Very satisfying!

I never knew air fryers could be used to fry potatoes. I tried some the other day and it didn’t turn out well. Is there something I didn’t do right?

Hello my dear friend, it's always good to maintain a balance between the meals we eat. I'm glad you take care of yourself and maintain that balance. You indulge when you go out, but you control your intake. I also really like the air fryer; you can even make pizza, haha. Thanks for participating; all your food photos look delicious.

The Air fryer is great for creating that fried texture using so little oil or fat for cooking. No soggy and greasy texture french fries! 😋
