El joven Wayne, conocido por muchos como el “Chino” comenzó su pequeña gran aventura de abandonar su país de origen a sus 17 años. Al ser hijo de un extranjero siempre se había sentido muy atraído por la cultura americana y desde su adolescencia soñaba con conocer los Estados Unidos. Aunque su familia no estaba de acuerdo con esto, el joven Wayne nunca hizo caso. Paso el tiempo y a su corta edad de 17 años tomo su maleta y con determinación se despidió de toda su familia, emprendiendo un viaje hacia un destino totalmente desconocido para el.
Cuando Wayne llego finalmente a su destino se enfrento a numerosos desafíos. Aunque no tenía problemas para comunicarse debido a su doble origen si se le presentaron dificultades para encontrar trabajo por su etnia y edad. Luego de muchos intentos y fracasos en uno de estos dio con una empresa llamada Rising Star, esta se encargaba de realizar festivales y conciertos musicales en diferentes partes del mundo con artistas de gran renombre. El joven Wayne logró ser contratado para asumir el puesto como ayudante de carga de instrumentos musicales.
Su pequeña pero importante labor dentro de Rising Star le permitió a Wayne sumergirse en el mundo de la música, conociendo a muchos artistas y admirando el trabajo que ellos ofrecían a su publico. Siempre que hacia su trabajo de cargar pianos, guitarras, baterías y equipos de sonido se sentía parte de algo mas grande, como si fuera cosa del destino haber llegado a este lugar, lo que sin duda hacia que su viaje valiera totalmente la pena.
Después de 1 año de comenzar su aventura, su dedicación y compromiso laboral no pasó desapercibido. La empresa de Rising Star decidió ascenderlo a un puesto de mayor responsabilidad y compromiso, siendo ahora parte del equipo de transporte como principal conductor. Aquí tuvo la oportunidad de interactuar aun mas con los artistas y músicos reconocidos, despertando en él un gran interés y pasión por la música la cual se fusiono con su labor diaria, aprovechando la oportunidad de aprender algo nuevo con la ayuda de todos los artistas a los que transportaba.
Wayne sin darse cuenta se involucro totalmente en todo lo relacionado a la música, teniendo ahora el sueño de convertirse algún día en guitarrista y quizás formar parte de alguna banda. Siempre aprovechaba sus tiempos libres para aprender el arte de la guitarra, siendo para el de gran ayuda todos los consejos que grandes artistas con los que trabajaba compartían en su día a día.
El Joven Wayne estuvo presente en muchos espectáculos, festivales, conciertos y muchos mas siendo tan solo un transportista y aunque aun le quedaba mucho camino por recorrer, el joven Wayne nunca olvido sus raíces, siempre estaba en contacto con sus familiares y aunque estando en el extranjero aun no conocía a su padre encontró en este país un lugar donde sus aspiraciones podían hacerse realidad. Siempre trabajando duro, con mucha pasión y sobre todo sabiendo que su aventura apenas comenzaba.

Young Wayne, known to many as "Chino", began his great little adventure of leaving his home country at the age of 17. As the son of a foreigner, he had always been very attracted to American culture and since he was a teenager he dreamed of seeing the United States. Although his family disagreed with this, young Wayne never took any notice. Time passed and at his young age of 17 he took his suitcase and with determination said goodbye to all his family, setting off on a journey to a destination totally unknown to him.
When Wayne finally arrived at his destination he faced numerous challenges. Although he had no problems communicating due to his dual origins, he did have difficulty finding work because of his ethnicity and age. After many attempts and failures in one of these he found a company called Rising Star, which was in charge of organising festivals and musical concerts in different parts of the world with renowned artists. The young Wayne managed to get hired to take on the job of assistant loader of musical instruments.
His small but important job at Rising Star allowed Wayne to immerse himself in the world of music, meeting many artists and admiring the work they brought to their audiences. Whenever he did his job of carrying pianos, guitars, drums and sound equipment he felt part of something bigger, as if it was destiny to have arrived at this place, which undoubtedly made his journey totally worthwhile.
A year into his adventure, his dedication and commitment to the job did not go unnoticed. The Rising Star company decided to promote him to a position of greater responsibility and commitment, being now part of the transport team as the main driver. Here he had the opportunity to interact even more with the artists and renowned musicians, awakening in him a great interest and passion for music which merged with his daily work, taking the opportunity to learn something new with the help of all the artists he transported.
Wayne unwittingly became totally involved in everything related to music, and now had the dream of one day becoming a guitarist and perhaps joining a band. He always took advantage of his free time to learn the art of the guitar, and he found the advice of the great artists he worked with very helpful in his day to day life.
Young Wayne was present at many shows, festivals, concerts and many more being just a carrier and although he still had a long way to go, young Wayne never forgot his roots, he was always in contact with his family and although being abroad he still did not know his father, he found in this country a place where his aspirations could become a reality. Always working hard, with a lot of passion and above all knowing that his adventure was just beginning.
