It has been a while since I participated in this precious activity but I would really like to participate this time with the second question, as it seems to me very appropriate and compatible with my feelings at this moment when I am reflecting on something very important. Despite my emotional ups and downs, I have always considered myself as a lucky person, thank God, I am not full of qualities and I am not perfect either, of course, because no human being is perfect in this world, but I am very grateful for everything I have had in my life, I am in good health, I got a second chance to live, after being seriously ill with acute peritonitis (my appendix burst) and here I am again, I am not rich at all but my table never lacks a plate of food, I have my parents and sister with me and although the extended family is not complete because some members have passed away and others are out of the country, those of us who are still here are united and constantly express our affection for each other.

However, I cannot stop thinking about recent events, the war in Ukraine, the war in Palestine, displaced people, who have had to leave their homes where they were happy, all because of the interests of greedy countries that only think about obtaining their valuable natural resources, without anyone being able to prevent it, just because war is profitable for some. Every day, while we sit at the dinner table with our loved ones, while we have fun checking social networks, while we sleep in soft beds, but most of all while we complain about banalities, there are places where families have been separated, countries occupied by unscrupulous foreigners, many men, women and children are outraged and cruelly killed every day, the few who are left wonder why? But most of all they wonder if this nightmare will ever end and if they will ever be happy again, if the horrors they have lived through will not cripple them for life to rebuild what little they have been left.

For that reason my greatest wish this Christmas is not toys for children to bring them ephemeral happiness, nor money, what I really wish with all my heart is that all conflicts are stopped permanently and definitively, I wish physical, mental and emotional health for all beings in this world, I wish for justice and above all I wish for universal love, this last element is the key to everything and the only thing that will provide the longed-for world peace.

Because as the great Jimi Hendrix once said "When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace".

I can only thank you all for the time invested in reading this post, but at the same time I would like to invite you to reflect on this issue, please, let's be less frivolous, more empathetic and more grateful, let's do something for those who suffer, at least let's raise a prayer for them this Christmas, let's send messages of peace and strength. Hace tiempo que yo no participaba en esta preciosa actividad pero realmente me gustaría participar en esta ocasión mediante la segunda pregunta, ya que me parece muy apropiada y compatible con mis sentimientos en este momento en que estoy reflexionando acerca de algo muy importante. Los invito a leer las demás publicaciones y a participar en la actividad porque realmente es una experiencia muy enriquecedora para el alma. Abajo les dejaré el link para que le echen un vistazo

A pesar de mis altos y bajos emocionales, siempre me he considerado como una persona afortunada, gracias a Dios, no estoy llena de cualidades y tampoco soy perfecta, desde luego, debido a que ningún ser humano lo es en este mundo, pero agradezco enormemente todo lo que he tenido en mi vida, tengo buena salud, obtuve una segunda oportunidad para vivir, luego de haber estado gravemente enferma con peritonitis aguda (mi apéndice estalló) y aquí estoy de nuevo, no soy para nada rica pero en mi mesa nunca falta un plato de comida, tengo a mis padres y hermana conmigo y a pesar de que la familia extendida no está completa porque algunos miembros fallecieron y otros están fuera del país, los que seguimos aquí, somos unidos y constantemente nos expresamos el cariño que sentimos los unos por los otros.

Sin embargo no puedo dejar de pensar en los últimos acontecimientos, la guerra en Ucrania, la guerra en Palestina, personas desplazadas, que han tenido que abandonar sus hogares donde eran felices, todo por causa de los intereses de países avaros que solo piensan en obtener sus valiosos recursos naturales, sin que alguien pueda evitarlo, tan solo porque la guerra es rentable para algunos. A diario, mientras nos sentamos frente a la mesa a degustar una sabrosa comida junto a nuestros seres queridos, mientras nos divertimos revisando redes sociales, mientras dormimos en camas mullidas, pero sobre todo mientras nos quejamos por banalidades, hay lugares donde las familias han sido separadas, los países ocupados por extranjeros inescrupulosos, muchos hombres, mujeres y niños son ultrajados y cruelmente asesinados a diario, los pocos que quedan se preguntan ¿por qué? ¿Cuál ha sido su pecado? pero sobre todo se preguntan si esa pesadilla tendrá fin algún día y si acaso volverán a ser felices, si los horrores vividos no los incapacitarán de por vida para reconstruir lo poco que les dejaron.

Por esa razón mi mayor deseo en esta navidad no son juguetes para los niños que les proporcionen felicidad efímera, tampoco dinero, lo que realmente deseo con todo mi corazón es que se detengan de forma definitiva y permanente todos los conflictos, deseo salud física, mental y emocional para todos los seres de este mundo, deseo justicia y sobre todo deseo amor universal, este último elemento es la clave de todo y lo único que proporcionará la tan anhelada paz mundial.

Porque tal y como dijo el gran Jimi Hendrix alguna vez "Cuando el poder del amor sobrepase el amor por el poder, el mundo conocerá la paz"

No me queda más que agradecerles a todos ustedes el tiempo invertido en leer este post, pero al mismo tiempo me gustaría invitarlos a reflexionar sobre este tema, por favor, seamos menos frívolos, más empáticos y más agradecidos, hagamos algo por los que sufren, al menos elevemos una plegaria por ellos esta navidad, enviemos mensajes de paz y fuerza ¡Que Dios los bendiga grandemente a todos ustedes! lo deseo de todo corazón 😌.
