Namely and in correlation to information disclosed in the news portal Cointelegraph, Spanish banking would be preparing its full entry into the cryptocurrency sector, this according to a Spanish media, three banking institutions in Spain would be preparing their crypto products.
In this sense and "According to the Spanish portal, Cinco Días, three major banking institutions are preparing to enter the crypto sector, which despite the cryptowinter, they report, have not moderated their interest in entering the universe of digital assets."

Even if you have made the design changes to the original image and made it a derivative work, I don't see any evidence in the https://news.bitcoin.com to say that you have the right to use the image as a derivative.
Can you please explain your basis for using the image which appears on the face of it to be copyrighted and so using it would be in breach of copyright even if you provide a link to the image?
