This world have seen many empires, but at the end, all the empire come to an end, they were great empires that ruled the world. I know about one of the empire which is Usmania Empire, the end of this empire was not good for Muslims. I also know about the great Romen Empire, which end in the year 476, all the great things will come to end and one day this world will also come to an end.
