What I see A strong woman grabbing the lightning with her arm. She looks like a mythical figure to me based on what she's wearing.
I feel that her called the daughter of goddess the which is also the proper name that as well she looking which naturally experiences its fair share of lightning strikes. Consequently, she will be a doughter of goddess keeping watch over the entire Middle empire.
Story The goddess' daughter reached up toward the sky in the stillness of nightfall, under the moon's protective gaze. She touched the sky softly, calling forth the crackling tendrils of lightning and entwining them into a dance of heavenly electricity that cast an angelic elegance over the night.
Yeah really the picture is more beyond than that thanks for sharing such a lovely picture.
She's able to invoke thunder and lightning, you know that's no mean feat.
Only the goddess' daughter can afford to play with lightning.

How lovely for the goddess' daughter to call for the lightning. Why was it necessary to call for the lightning? Was it needed due to some calamity happening at the time? Was she performing for an audience to show her powers?
