LOH #152 // Let invest in something good

Hello everyone, welcome to my blog. How are you all doing, I hope you are doing great. This week questions are really interesting and I will like to answer question two.

Women are always creative and entrepreneurial. If I gave you $5,000 on the condition that you make an investment, what would you invest the money in?

Women are always creative and there are lots of things women can invest in. There is no law that state that women can not invest in real estate and it's something I will like to try and I think will be quick if I was given that amount of money.

But before investing in any business, it is best to know that knowledge is the key. If we invest in something we know little or nothing about, it's definitely going to fail.

My risk tolerance is low but when I heard $5,000, my head started calculating because that is about #4.7 million in my country and there is a lot to do with that much.

Let leave crypto investment aside, why not invest in something that is as lucrative as crypto and that is real estate. We all know that every business have it own risk and at the same time, if we play it well and safe, real estate is truly lucrative and with $5,000, I can go a long way with that because land is always appreciating.

If we want to find financial independent, we can actually find it through strategic and creative investment approach, size doesn't matter when it come to building our investment.

My friend bought a land sometimes like three years ago, she bought a plot for #100k and then, the area was so bushy that it have just few houses around but this year, the area have developed a little bit and she sold the land for #500k. Her profit is 3 times the investment and she was luck enough to partner with the right person.

And with that much, and now that everything is costly, if I was able to get land for at least #300k to #400k, I can get at least 3 to 4 plots of land and keep it safe and that will be for a long term investment and use the remaining to start a business that is short term business, I will invest in poultry farm.

Poultry farm is not really easy but with time I can cope. Rearing a broiler birds and layers birds is what I will venture into which is something I've been meaning to do for a while now but money was the hindrance and with the availability of money it will be easy.
