Chiquilín, a cowardly kitten.

What a wonderful opportunity the Hivepets community gives us to bring back the experiences of our beloved pets this Christmas, those who accompany us and give us as much affection as we can give them!

In my home pets have always been present and I remember that back in 1963 my sister Giomar had a strange or atypical pet alcaraván which is a greyish bird from the plains region, and is a bird that travels at great speed. Hence the curiosity that always lingered in our spacious courtyard.

And, returning to the present, I must say that pets come here every day, and one of them is a beautiful cat to whom we gave the name Chiquilín because he was small and funny.

He is the son of a neighbouring cat who was born with a tail disorder, but Chiquilín's tail came out normal and bushy.

And Christmas made a miracle because the two of them lived very close to each other and played night and day, but when she went into heat she took him away and didn't want to know more of Chiquilín's affection, who was still looking for a way to keep them the same.

The mother had 3 very beautiful kittens that people contacted so that they could give them to her at the right moment, and so it happened, so the cat was free again.

Mother and child were the same again and now they hang out, play, jump, sleep and eat together and it is a constant feature that she runs her tongue through his fur in an affectionate way.

A mischievous characteristic of this cat is that he is very cowardly, and when he hears any noise or shout he runs to hide under the bed, and peeps out his face very stealthily to take care of any risk. I remember that once a plastic cup fell on him and he jumped up, followed by a spectacular escape.

Chiquilín is very fond of visitors who immediately fall in love with him, hold him and ask me to give him to them, but then I tell them to wait for the cat to have another birth.

Fortunately, in my urbanisation Pariapán, there are no explosives and there is no loud music to disturb the residents and, of course, the cats.

I thank God for this cute pet named Chiquilín and I wish you happiness for the year 2024.

It is nice that you can be able to have a pet that gives you happiness. I am glad that where you live there are no fireworks that do nothing positive for the welfare of pets and the tranquility of homes. Chiquilin is a beautiful cat 💚

Chiquilin is co cute! You're really lucky to live in a quiet place. At Christmas, they make a lot of noise in my neighborhood; someday, hopefully, it will be as calm as Pariapan :)

Happy New Year!

Hello Mr. @lecumberre Happy New Year 2024, may this be a year of good health, abundance, prosperity and good times.

Chiquilin is a spoiled and loosey goosey that was born in the right place because the fireworks will not scare him more than he is.

Your photos are beautiful, good luck in the contest, greetings.
