A broker agreed to owner for sell his building to buyer party. When their deal was done broker said them now sign on the agreement. Seller said to the broker I don't sign on the contract till buyer take me a payment as we deal about building. Broker said to buyer give him his payment, after received the payment seller agreed and he has sign on the contract for sell permanently his building to buyer. After deal don broker taking there part of payment from both buyer and seller.
