Since the day I discovered the wonders and benefits of power naps to the body and mind, I've made them a regular part of my routine. And I wouldn't argue with you or roll my eyes, eating and hydrating are very essential! Cool ways to take care of yourself. Thanks for sharing. !LADY 🙂

Power naps are the key. Especially in the afternoons. You have the weirdest dreams but you would feel the most refreshed. Totally recommend! 🌺
