I've also experienced an unpleasant neighbor. Individuals such as this can make life daunting to the point you can't enjoy your own property. Thank God that person moved on from the neighborhood.

I call my neighbor the Evil neighbor, I wish she would sell her place and move.

Well that part no outsider has any control over. We can only operate within the boundaries of our own property and attempt to live in grace with others. Knowing this doesn't ease the pain and stress of the machinations undertaken by the "neighbors from hell" as I call them.
