Adorned In Purple and What? Green! | Mixed Media Project (Minted on NFTShowroom)

The other day while contemplating the meaning of serenity, I discovered a photo that caught my eye because it portrayed exactly my thoughts. I'm always scouring sources searching for that one image or creating an image that depicts my current mood.

"Adorned In Purple" I named the project the moment I saw the image of a female surrounded by purple flowers. Near her hears, the flowers appear to pull away the skin. An eerily beautiful scene.

But the photo was only half a face. Instantly I knew I'd complete it by duplicating the half. The result was an lovely female with purple flowers on both sides. The alluring part was the eyes.

I completed the design in Canva, my design program.

Blending the different type images wasn't difficult. I leave with you my procedures which began with a blank, white canvas. I then add layers of elements in accordance with my upgraded Annual Pro Membership that includes tools to remove backgrounds, resize, filter, duplicate, and reposition items as required.

Perhaps of all the tools, the ability to remove backgrounds thereby creating transparencies of the images is crucial to the blending process.

The final project was lovely. I knew I wanted to Mint this project, but I'm always pushing the boundaries of my thoughts to the limit to see where it will lead. My next thought was to add glitter to the face to make it pop with iridescence. To accomplish this, I used a favorite image distortion program, LunaPic. With numerous features to enhance any project, I chose several filters which I'll share below.
