Hive Music Festival week 68 - round 2 | "Fix You" Coldplay acoustic cover [Eng-Esp]
Greetings dear hive friends! We have reached week 68 at Hive Music Festival, what a journey! Each of the weeks that I have had the opportunity and the privilege of participating in this great event has been a more than rewarding experience, it is truly exciting and entertaining to be able to enjoy sharing what we love to do at the same time that we receive an incentive for it, while We create invaluable bonds and connections by interacting with all the wonderful people who give life to this community. That is why I want to express my gratitude once again to all those who make this musical festival possible week after week, organizers, participants and spectators, thank you all! Next, I will tell you about my participation this week.
¡Saludos queridos amigos y amigas hivers! hemos llegado a la semana 68 en Hive Music Festival ¡qué viaje! cada una de las semanas que he tenido la oportunidad y el privilegio de participar en este gran evento ha sido una experiencia más que gratificante, es realmente emocionante y entretenido poder disfrutar compartiendo lo que amamos hacer al mismo tiempo que recibimos un incentivo por ello, mientras creamos invaluables lazos y conexiones al interactuar con toda la maravillosa gente que le da vida a esta comunidad. Por eso quiero expresar mi gratitud una vez más hacia todos los que hacen esta fiesta musical posible semana tras semana, organizadores, participantes y expectadores ¡gracias a todos! a continuación, les comentaré acerca de mi participación de esta semana.
On this occasion I share with you a cover of a band that has managed to position itself as one of the most recognized and successful in the pop-rock genre, I'm talking about Coldplay. When we talk about variety, I think that rock is one of the broadest musical genres, where we can find everything from the heaviest, most strident, stunning and blasphemous metal that we can imagine, to bands with a sentimental, sublime, reflective musical argument, sometimes a little melancholic and sad and sometimes romantic, like Coldplay, who make music that is much more "digestible" for the ears of people who are not regular rock fans. Although I particularly lean more towards the "acid" or "heavy" side of rock, I have always enjoyed Coldplay's music, great songs like "Trouble", "The Scientist" or "Yellow" undoubtedly manage to convey a lot of feeling. through its melodies and lyrics, turning them into beautiful pieces of art. The song that I perform for you "Fix you" is another of those Coldplay songs that earned a place among their hits, with deep lyrics about self-love and the pain caused by loss, and a melody with that characteristic sentimental touch. from the band I really enjoyed recording this performance, I hope you enjoy it too!
En esta ocasión les comparto un cover de una banda que ha logrado colocarse como una de las más reconidas y exitosas en el género del pop-rock, les hablo de Coldplay. Cuando hablamos de variedad creo que el rock es uno de los géneros musicales más amplios, dónde podemos encontrar desde el metal más pesado, estridente, aturdidor y blasfemo que nos podamos imaginar, hasta bandas con un argumento musical sentimental, sublime, reflexivo, a veces un poco melancólico y triste y a veces romántico, como Coldplay, quienes hacen música mucho más "digerible" para los oídos de las personas que no son asiduos al rock. A pesar de que particularmente me inclino más hacia el lado "ácido" ó "pesado" del rock, siempre he disfrutado de la música de Coldplay, grandes temas cómo "Trouble" "The Scientist" ó "Yellow" sin duda logran transmitir mucho sentimiento a través de sus melodías y letras convirtiéndolas en hermosas piezas de arte. La canción que les interpreto "Fix you" es otra de esas canciones de Coldplay que se ganó un puesto entre sus éxitos, con una letra profunda acerca del amor propio y el dolor que ocasionan las pérdidas, y una melodía con ese toque sentimental tan característico de la banda ¡disfruté mucho grabar esta interpretación, espero que ustedes también la disfruten!
