"Freak on a Leash" is a song by the band Korn. It was released as the second single from their third studio album Follow the Leader and is also included on their 2004 Greatest Hits, Vol. 1 compilation. The song was reworked for an acoustic performance in 2006 for Korn's MTV Unplugged. . It received a lot of exposure through the rock media (despite that it could not enter the Billboard Hot 100), such as MTV (with whom they had recently found important support) and MuchMusic.

Fue lanzado como el segundo sencillo desprendido de su tercer álbum de estudio Follow the Leader y también está incluido en su compilación Greatest Hits, Vol. 1 de 2004. Singer Jonathan Davis has confirmed that the lyrics address forms of exploitation by the music industry (a common trait for the band also evident in their 2003 "Y'All Want a Single"). The track features a number of scats towards the end, and beatboxing before the break. It is normally played in the band's live performances.
