Work work work ladies | LOH #182 contest week

Greetings ladies, today we will only talk about work, something that can make us tired but when we don't have it, we pray for that tiredness again.

How do you handle job stress? Do you deal with it well, or at some point has it generated some health discomfort or problems within the family? Would you prefer to do your office work from home?

In general I tend to work well and I can also work under pressure, I learned that working in a restaurant and I took everything calmly even though you always have to be hustling.

There were two occasions that did cause me discomfort, when I worked in a travel agency and I was sitting at a computer all day, I started to have severe headaches, later I went to the doctor and he told me that I had neck pain and that some migraine problems It was because he also had sinusitis. The other was when I wanted to have a business, so I worked from 8 am - 3 pm in my business and from 5 pm - 1 am I worked for someone else, 6 days a week and I only rested 1 day, my body collapsed, first I started to lose weight, then my appearance always looked bad, I had a bad face and I have a photo to prove it of how tired I looked, I started to get sick easily, every day I felt dizzy, with headaches, one day I got a fever, I couldn't take it anymore, plus it wasn't working and I felt like I was swimming alone going nowhere, I let everything die, and I changed jobs, after that I was better again.

Contrary to question 1, despite how strong your work may be, do you take it as an escape from the everyday tasks of the home?

No, even though household chores can be a bit annoying, I like to do them, when I start with a task I can't stop until it is well done. In fact, I think that being at home was the perfect escape from work and the outside world. I am more of an intimate and reserved person, which is why I will always prefer my home, but going out to work also helped me a lot with my social skills, I consider everything a win-win.

In choosing a job, we also have to think if this will be effective for us especially in our body. Although, it hard to find a job and we can't be choosy, but if it's already has a bad effect on us, better jusy let go and find something new. Good thing you change job.

Yikes, two jobs! Oh, I know that burnout feeling.
I worked over 20 years as front line Nursing staff, this year I find myself working long hours on a Computer at home. Too long, as I get more frequent headaches and back stiffness. I am not accustomed to this so I have to alternate to activities, chores, errands and 'check ins' throughout the day. I enjoy not having to wear hospital scrubs. ❤️
