Greetings ladies, happy to accompany you once again in this edition. One day I decided to be consistent with something and I started here, in this community, although I admit that I am not as active as I told myself I would be, I still work on my personal organization.

Any major changes planned for in 2024, or continuing as in the past?
One of the things that requires changes is the sexism of the country where I am currently. In search of a better quality of life I left my country and am in Peru. I thought that so many comments about sexism and patriarchy here would be exaggerated but it is all true, this country seems to have stayed in the past in some aspects, the way Men treating women is horrible, many men still believe that women only belong in the home, that they have no choice, that men are the only ones with the right, currently many people in this same country recognize this and what I don't like It's that they take it as a joke, they all joke about a reality. My previous boss used to joke with me that he was a man of the patriarchy and that women couldn't decide and then he would laugh, as if that made everything okay, I found his jokes unpleasant and I let him know it. That is a change that should happen here but for that society must change its mentality and if after so many years this country continues to have these thoughts, when will it be time for them to stop doing so?
¿Algún cambio importante planificado para 2024 o que continuará como en el pasado?
Una de las cosas que requiere cambios, es el sexismo del país donde estoy actualmente. Por buscar una mejor calidad de vida salí de mi país y estoy en Perú, pensé que tantos comentarios acerca del sexismo y el patriarcado aquí serían exagerados pero todo es cierto, este país parece que se quedó en el pasado en algunos aspectos, la forma de los hombres tratar a las mujeres es horrible, muchos hombres aún creen que la mujer solo pertenece al hogar, que no tienen elección, que el hombre es el único con derecho, actualmente mucha gente de este mismo país lo reconoce y lo que no me gusta es que se lo toman como una broma, todos bromean acerca de una realidad. Mi anterior jefe solía bromear conmigo de que él era un hombre del patriarcado y que las mujeres no podían decidir y después se reía, como si eso hiciera que todo estuviera bien, a mi me parecían desagradable sus bromas y se lo dejaba saber. Eso es un cambio que debería suceder aquí pero para eso la sociedad debe cambiar su mentalidad y si después de tantos años este país sigue teniendo estos pensamientos ¿cuando será el momento que dejarán de hacerlo?
Direction of life, what would you like to see altered going into this year?
As I said in some past contests, I want to greatly improve my presence in RRSS. This year I decided to start with TikTok and see where that path will take me. On the other hand, I want to improve my lifestyle more. This month I started taking a break but I plan to start exercising when I finish my orthodontic treatment, which I think will be in 2 months.

Como dije en unos concursos pasados, quiero mejorar mucho mi presencia en RRSS. Este año me decidí empezar con TikTok y ver hacía donde me llevará ese camino. Por otro lado quiero mejorar más mi estilo de vida, este mes empecé tomándome un descanso pero planeo empezar a ejercitarme cuando culmine mi tratamiento de ortodoncia, que creó que será en 2 meses.

Unfortunately, sexism and patriarchy still exist in all places, wherever you go... Some still live in the past. Some men still thinks they are superior.. but I believe there are some that respects women and considered them equal to men..
But we really can't change the society to what we want it to be.... If there'll be a change, that would happen if everyone agrees to change and consider equality in all aspects and stop racism, sexism, and other type of discriminations.

Hello my friend, It is unfortunate that there are still people with this thought towards women, we only have to make our point of view clear, know how much we are worth as women, and always give ourselves respect. Some regions change happened quickly leaving many not sure what to do through variety of reasons. Best to simply make person aware of how you feel, check local law and stand your ground.
