Hello everyone, these past few days I haven't written a blog because my work is quite busy.

One month ago I tried a carbo diet, and lost around 5kg in a month. This caused my bloated stomach to start to disappear and the lines of my stomach muscles began to appear. One month has passed, now even though I eat quite a lot, my bloated stomach doesn't appear as much, maybe because the fat around my stomach has disappeared when I dieted.

This month I am trying to bulk up, so that my body looks fuller and my muscles start to look bigger again. I hope that the diet I did yesterday can help build my muscles in the future.

I will continue to update the progress of my muscle training. Also happy for those of you who are enthusiastic about exercising!!
