Marigold is very popular for use in temple here around Durban, people drive looking for gardens with the flower obtaining permission to collect a few, very symbolic within the Hindu culture.

Marigold is easy tobfarm and being Yellow in color with some good fragrance always be in high demand. It is also easy to make garlands and other decaorstion...it is also in high demand in here...and easy flower for worshipping.
Used in garlands, decorating for festivities definitely in high demand. Grows well in our region in many gardens or used along roads when plants were still in high demand along pavements.
Just imagine the situation here where in every corner of the road u will find a small temples...this marigold halve made many people Millionaire.

Yes, ...they easily, I had many the bigger species a lot at home few years ago...but later lost them...they grown from one plants to many
