We live coastal sub-tropical yet I planted and Agave around 25 years ago in a pot under roof where it captures morning sun in a hot spot. Currently completing it's first and I believe only flowering season.

What a pleasure to learn more from your content in natural geographic region.

They do attract small birds and bees, I believe bats arrive during the night to pollinate as well.
