On Saturday, April 26, the Ciudad Crepsuscular Shopping Center in Barquisimeto celebrated its third anniversary. Located in the West Center of the city of Barquisimeto, near the city terminal, during this time it has become an excellent option for those who like to spend some time in a shopping mall, and aea shopping or just strolling and eating something.
This mall has always been doing activities to attract people, something that is essential in these times of economic crisis. The way to attract people is to carry out activities, many of them free, and that the influx of people, who may be customers who end up buying something inside any of the mall's stores.
El sábado 26 de abril, el Centro Comercial Ciudad Crepsuscular de Barquisimeto celebró su tercer aniversario. Ubicado en el Centro Oeste de la ciudad de Barquisimeto, cerca del terminal de la ciudad, durante este tiempo se ha convertido en una excelente opción para quienes gustan de pasar un rato en un centro comercial, y aea comprar o simplemente pasear y comer algo.
Este centro comercial siempre se ha mantenido haciendo actividades para atraer público, algo que es fundamental en estos tiempos de crisis económica. La forma de atraer gente es realizando actividades, muchas gratuitas, y que la afluencia de gente, que pueden ser clientes que terminen adquiriendo algo dentro de cualquiera de los locales del centro comercial.
That Saturday was full of different activities starting at 10 am. I didn't go that early, but after noon. There were DJs playing their music. The folks from NC Music were present, with the well-known DJ Nicola Di Maria. There were also bouncy castles and the so called Birnca Birnca's, so the kids had a lot of fun with these attractions.
On the central stage was the presentation of the symphony of the nucleo cuji tamaca. The children and youth of this nucleus, delighted the audience with their pleasant music. From some classics, to interpreting versions of folk music.
Ese sábado estaba lleno de diferentes actividades que comenzaban a las 10 de la mañana. Yo no fui tan temprano, sino después del mediodía. Había DJs pinchando su música. Los amigos de NC Music estaban presentes, con el conocido DJ Nicola Di Maria. También había castillos hinchables y los llamados Birnca Birnca's, para que los niños disfrutaran mucho con estas atracciones.
En el escenario central tuvo lugar la apresentaicn de la sinfonia del nucleo cuji tamaca. Los niños y jóvenes de este núcleo, deleitaron al público con su agradable música. Desde algunos clásicos, hasta interpretar versiones de música folclórica.
On the second floor, where the food outlets are located, there were invited brands with their stands, offering tastings of their products. An artisanal winery of wines made in one area of the city and which sells its wines in another shopping mall in the city, had its variety of products available for tasting. A Shushi company, whose headquarters is in the east of the city, was a favorite of many, and here they offered tastings of their product. I also approached a yogurt stand with interesting presentations.
On the same floor there was a well-attended drawing class, where basic details were given in a practical way and participants could make a first sketch. This activity was totally free of charge.
En la segunda planta, donde se encuentran los locales de comida, había marcas invitadas con sus stands, ofreciendo degustaciones de sus productos. Una bodega artesanal de vinos elaborados en una zona de la ciudad y que vende sus vinos en otro centro comercial de la ciudad, tenía su variedad de productos disponible para degustación. Una empresa de Shushi, cuya sede está en el este de la ciudad, era la favorita de muchos, y aquí ofrecían degustaciones de su producto. También me acerqué a un puesto de yogures con interesantes presentaciones.
En la misma planta había una clase de dibujo muy concurrida, en la que se daban detalles básicos de forma práctica y los participantes podían hacer un primer boceto. Esta actividad era totalmente gratuita.

The friends of Matsucon inaugurated their store that day. The Matsu Store. They always do most of their activities in this mall, with which they have a good collaboration and now they will have their booth open every weekend, so that lovers of geek culture, cosplay, kpop, can visit them and buy their products.
Several cosplayers came to support the Matsu Store. Although Rebiday, the owner, was not there, as she was fulfilling commitments at a cosplay event in another city.
Meta Arena offered to test their immersive virtual reality service. It was a few minutes for people to try it for free. There was also a free video game area, where children and teenagers had a great time.
Los amigos del Matsucon inauguraron ese día su tienda. La Tienda Matsu. Siempre hacen la mayoría de sus actividades en este centro comercial, con el que tienen una buena colaboración y ahora tendrán su stand abierto todos los fines de semana, para que los amantes de la cultura geek, cosplay, kpop, puedan visitarlos y comprar sus productos.
Varios cosplayers vinieron a apoyar la Matsu Store. Aunque Rebiday, la propietaria, no estuvo, ya que estaba cumpliendo compromisos en un evento de cosplay en otra ciudad.
Meta Arena ofreció probar su servicio de realidad virtual inmersiva. Fueron unos minutos para que la gente lo probara gratis. También había una zona de videojuegos gratuitos, donde niños y adolescentes se lo pasaron en grande.

Several stores had organized activities and decorated their premises for the anniversary, hoping to increase their sales during the weekend. The next day there was an activity with dance groups, but I was not able to see it, as I was busy with another activity in the same mall, but on the fourth floor.

Varias tiendas habían organizado actividades y decorado sus locales para el aniversario, con la esperanza de aumentar sus ventas durante el fin de semana. Al día siguiente hubo una actividad con grupos de baile, pero no pude verla, ya que estaba ocupado con otra actividad en el mismo centro comercial, pero en la cuarta planta.

oohhh, that's such a fun event.. it seems like there was something for everyone.. If I were there, the free product tasting would be my favorite of all 😋, the sushi looks yummy..

Hola, hacía tiempo no visitaba tu blog para enterarme de los eventos que siempre visitas o las películas que has visto. Espero que lo hayas pasado muy bien ese fin de semana y que las tiendas del centro comercial hayan obtenido ingresos considerables, pues se ve que se esmeraron bastante en la organización del aniversario. No se puede negar que este tipo de estrategia de los centros comerciales vienen muy bien para distraerse sin gastar un presupuesto complicado.

Muy alejada ciertamente, pero siempre extrañando la actividad porque de verdad me gusta. Pero lo bueno es que fue un tiempo de mucho enriquecimiento espiritual que vale la pena compartir poco a poco, así que espero que me verán más. Saludos.

This is nice! I wish I could've spent a day in that mall. It would've been really fun! The mall really caters to the diversity of its customers. From music to food to art to specific hobbies. What's better is that they're free 😁😁😁

What a fun way to celebrate a mall's anniversary. Just by looking at the photos, you'll know that they've really put an effort to make all these possible. I also look forward to these kinds of activities when going to malls. :)
