Antes de todo, les deseo en el 2024 mucha salud y prosperidad en todo lo que emprendan, en unión de su familia y amigos.
En mi segunda participación en el concurso de arte de Splinterlands me decanté por Rust Townsend. Por cierto, aprendí de mi hijo, que en el ámbito del gaming, los personajes antropomorfos se les llaman Furros. Bueno, sabía que en la mitología clásica se les llama quimera, un híbrido entre dos criaturas. Además los antiguos egipcios tenían un panteón de dioses antropomorfos. En el cine moderno, ha mostrado una variedad de hombres lobos (licántropos) que hacen de la suyas en su lucha contra los vampiros.

First of all, I wish you 2024 much health and prosperity in all that you undertake, together with your family and friends.
In my second participation in the Splinterlands art contest I chose Rust Townsend. By the way, I learned from my son that anthropomorphic characters are called Furros in gaming. Well, I knew that in classical mythology they are called chimera, a hybrid between two creatures. Also, the ancient Egyptians had a pantheon of anthropomorphic gods. Modern cinema has shown a variety of werewolves (lycanthropes) doing their thing in their fight against vampires.
Bueno, me dije, en mi aprendizaje del dibujo digital y en general, porque no intentar un Rush Town entre una versión pseudo realista que mantenga las características de personaje del juego. Así que me dije, primero comenzaré por la cabeza y luego seguiré por el cuerpo para finalizar con el Fondo.
En tal sentido, a continuación les muestro algunas instantáneas de proceso de creación de mi Rush Townsend:
Well, I said to myself, in my learning of digital drawing and in general, why not try a Rush Town among a pseudo-realistic version that maintains the character characteristics of the game? So I said to myself, first I'll start with the head and then I'll continue with the body and finish with the background.

Aunque estoy satisfecho con el progreso de mis habilidades de pintura, todavía estoy a años luz de la maestría con que los ilustradores profesionales son capaz de alcanzar un nivel de realismo sin recurrir a ayudas de las actuales de la inteligencia artificial. Yo no pretendo tal nivel, pero si a realizar pinturas decentes que me hagan disfrutar de las delicias del arte.
¿Qué opinas de mi versión algo different del original de Rush Townsend?
Although I am pleased with the progress of my painting skills, I am still light years away from the mastery with which professional illustrators can achieve a level of realism without resorting to the aids of today's artificial intelligence. I am not aiming for such a level, but I am aiming for decent paintings that make me enjoy the delights of art.
What do you think of my somewhat different version of Rush Townsend's original?
¡Sí! Con el auge la inteligencia artificial, ideas locas llenan mi cabeza. Sin embargo, no imagino un mundo donde la vida esté dominada solo por lo racional, en donde no haya cabida para el arte, la expresión de la verdadera dimensión del alma humana. Por eso, en los últimos tiempos me he sumado a la expresión artística. No digo, que los avance en la inteligencia artificial sea desdeñable. Al final, esta también es obra del poder creativo del hombre en su anhelo de recrear el mundo que le rodea y a sí mismo. Pero, la sensación que siento en estos momentos no se puede comparar con el resultado de cualquier prompt, por más que lo hayas escrito tú mismo.
Espero que le guste el arte experimental de un principiante.

Yeah! With the rise of artificial intelligence, crazy ideas fill my head. However, I cannot imagine a world where life is dominated only by the rational, where there is no room for art, the expression of the true dimension of the human soul. That is why, in recent times, I have joined artistic expression. I am not saying that the advances in artificial intelligence are contemptible. In the end, this is also the work of the creative power of man in his yearning to recreate the world around him and himself. But, the feeling I feel right now cannot be compared to the result of any prompt, no matter how much you have written it yourself.
I hope you like the experimental art of a beginner.
