Concurso Comunitario Damas de la Colmena #171//Ladies of Hive Community Contest #171[ESP/ENG]

Feliz día para la todas estas mujeres que están atentos a cada concurso de Ladies of Hive y muy especial a las que llevan el concurso.

Hoy estoy por aquí para responder las preguntas del concurso #171.

Para mí el Empoderamiento de la Mujer. Es que a la mujer debe sé tratar con la misma igualdad y tomar en cuenta para trabajos que no creen que lo pueda hacer mujer. Y que en muchos caso lo ha hecho mejor que muchos hombres.

En mi caso personal. Mi hija se graduó de Técnico Superior en Telecomunicaciones. Y consiguió trabajo en el Aeropuerto Internacional Simón Bolívar, en la aerolínea Conviasa. Su trabajo es que la señal de los radios de trasmisión que indican cuando un avión va a despegar y va llegando sea nítida, que no tenga ruido, que sea muy clara la comunicación. Al comienzo no la mandaban a montarse en las antenas porque decían que ella no iba a poder, que se iba a asustar y ellas le dijo al jefe, pruébeme, claro que si puedo.

Y lo hizo de ahí en adelante siempre la mandaban con otro de los compañeros. Después hasta la mandaba a la cabina con los pilotos para escuchar la trasmisión. Ella sacó la ingeniería en telecomunicaciones y ahora es la jefe de la gerencia con tan solo 33 años. Ya tiene 10 años trabajando ahí.

En mi vida personal.
Primero mi esposo y yo tomamos decisiones en todo, pero la última palabra la tengo yo.
En el edificio, en una reunió de junta de condominio, se iba a formar una nueva junta de condumio y fueron levantando la mano las personas que querían formar la nueva junta. Después se fue votando por cada una al nombrarla y quedamos 9 mujeres.

Se formó un grupo. Que se trabaja por el edificio. Se lleva un buen control de todo los gastos del edificio que los copropietarios están conforme. Pero lo más importante fue hacer que el edificio se nombrara como la casa grande de todos y que todos teníamos que cuidarla.
Formamos grupos para las distintas actividades, hasta actividades recreativas dentro del edificio.
En una de las oportunidades. Se le celebró el día de las madres, en el salón de fiesta y le llevamos hasta mariachi.
Llego la pandemia y no se podía celebrar el día de las madres y padres.
Se mandó hacer la comida con una del grupo y se le puso en un envase bien cerrado y con todas las mediadas de seguridad para nosotros y para ellas. Tocamos puerta por puerta y con una corneta le llevábamos música, le fuimos entregando su comida a cada madre y después el día padre.
Se tomó el control del edificio y mejoro favorablemente
Al salir de la junta por los 4 años que estuvimos. De todo esto salió con el mismo grupo de mujeres, formamos un tipo de empresa de atención a la mujer. Animarla a que sí puede hacer algo por ella, y más en cuanto a trabajos. Comenzamos a vender comida en la casa. Llevar a los trabajos. Y así se fueron agregando mujer para trabajar.

Desde hace mucho tiempo ha ido escalando más la mujer en los diferentes trabajos para tomar decisiones muy importantes en la vida cotidiana, tanto en su casa como es sus trabajos y otras actividades.

Today I'm here to answer the questions for contest #171.

For me Women's Empowerment. It is that women should be treated with the same equality and be taken into account for jobs that they don't think women can do. And that in many cases she has done better than many men.

In my personal case. My daughter graduated as a Telecommunications Technician. And she got a job at the Simon Bolivar International Airport, at Conviasa airline. Her job is to make sure that the signal from the transmission radios that indicate when a plane is about to take off and is arriving is clear, that there is no noise, that the communication is very clear. At the beginning they didn't send her to get on the antennas because they said she wouldn't be able to, that she would be scared, and she told the boss, try me, of course I can do it.

And she did, and from then on they always sent her with one of the other coworkers. Then she was even sent to the cockpit with the pilots to listen to the transmission. She has a degree in telecommunications engineering and is now the head of management at the age of 33. She has been working there for 10 years.

In my personal life.
First my husband and I make decisions on everything, but I have the final say.
In the building, in a condo board meeting, a new condo board was going to be formed and the people who wanted to form the new board raised their hands. Then we voted for each one to appoint her and we were left with 10 women. A group was formed. We are working for the building. We have a good control of all the expenses of the building and the co-owners are happy with it. But the most important thing was to name the building as everyone's big house and that we all had to take care of it.
We formed groups for different activities, even recreational activities inside the building.
In one of the opportunities. Mother's Day was celebrated in the party room and we even brought mariachi music.
The pandemic arrived and we could not celebrate Mother's and Father's Day.
We had the food made by one of the group and put it in a well sealed container with all the safety measures for us and for them. We knocked door to door and with a bugle we played music, we delivered the food to each mother and then on Father's Day.
We took control of the building and it improved favorably.
When we left the board for the 4 years we were there. From all this came out with the same group of women, we formed a type of company to care for women. Encouraging her that she can do something for herself, and more in terms of jobs. We started selling food in the house. To take them to work. And so we started adding women to work.

For a long time now, women have been climbing up the ladder in the different jobs to make very important decisions in daily life, both at home and in their jobs and other activities.
