Taste the Matcha Berry Cheese Tart - Special Dessert Menu from MTCH BAR

It's been a long time since I finally with the opportunity to write again, because Im so busy with several activities that require me to share my time and reduce my time for writing a little. Even so, I have long wanted to share many of my experiences in recent days.

One of them is the experience of enjoying Matcha, this green powder really always rings in my ears every week. As you know, my wife is addict to matcha, in every single time, she always says 'I want Matcha, please buy me something about Matcha'. It really drives me crazy when I hear it, every time he says something like that, I feel like buying a cart of matcha for him.

You know, he had a cupboard filled with matcha products, it was really crazy, but now it's starting to subside because in our city there are several cafes and cake shops that provide matcha, whether it's desserts, even coffee shops have started selling matcha. However, my experience this time really made my heart tremble and I started to think well about matcha.

In my opinion, matcha is a type of tea whose brewing and serving will influence the matcha, of course also the type of tea. As the word goes, matcha is the same as coffee, but more complex. I really appreciate anyone who understands about matcha and matcha brewers, it looks simple because it is a type of tea, but it is more complex and I am starting to open my eyes about matcha.

I wanted to talk about matcha first, but until now, I don't understand whether matcha is the same as green tea? My wife says that they are both the same but they work differently. He said that matcha is green tea that is dried and then finely ground and can be mixed directly with hot water, then stirred with a special bamboo stirrer, while green tea is just brewed like coffee, but the particles are larger than matcha. Its means green tea and matcha are the same, right?

But wait, this is the main point of our conversation, that there are several types of matcha that I enjoy at MTCH Bar, it's similar to a coffee shop, but it's all about matcha, not coffee and all of the menus besides matcha. There are several desserts offered on the menu, such as mactha latte, matcha miruku, cocoa matcha, all interesting menus because there are many other mixtures, there is even a menu that involves mango mixed with matcha. Likewise with the desserts, such as daifuku ice cream, pour tiramisu matcha, cheese cake matcha, mini cake with matcha, croissants and many more about matcha.

I chose to enjoy MAGIC, one of the matcha menu. In the description, this is carbonated cold brew coffee with matcha cream. How can coffee be mixed with matcha? There is even a soda sensation when drinking it. Its so different because I never tried this in my life, I also feel better with matcha.

This MAGIC menu really bewitches me like magic in real life, it's no wonder MTCH Bar is always busy with customers, because I think there are so many people like my wife who are addicted to matcha. Then, there is something more interesting to discuss, namely the dessert, which is round and has cream in the middle with matcha. This was a trap that really got my wife rocking when she enjoyed a matcha dessert she had never tried before.

My wife ordered a dessert, it is called Matcha Berry Cheese Tart, a special cake with cream cheese in the middle with matcha. Based is made from wheat flour which is made into a container like a bowl, a little hard but soft when bitten, then filled with cream cheese and matcha powder which are perfectly combined.

Topped with a little whipped cream and also berries (strawberries) with gold edible sprinkles that attract attention. Every bite is worth it, because this dessert is not too sweet, the matcha is very complex, the cheese is also taste and it is a little more like cheese cake.

Even though I refuse to eat the dessert, because I know so well that my wife really like it and I didn't want her happiness to be taken away, in the end she told me to finish it all because she couldn't finish it. Because in the end he chose to drink a cup of MAGIC which was the highlight of our trip today.
