Simple and Delicious Meals at Le Kahve

How are you today? May you always be blessed with health, good body and mind, of course happiness. I am feeling so good today, that I forgot about breakfast. Did you know, I have a lot of work in the hydroponics business and working on e-commerce packages, and that makes me forget to eat breakfast until 11.00 am.

I do a lot of work, apart from that, today I attended a hydroponics seminar at a school. Preparing some material and finally I felt my stomach so hungry. It came to a point where I can't stand it anymore and on my way to school, I found a small cafe near the school.

It turns out, I am very lucky to stop at this café, because the cafe have architecturally very nice, and I also found suitable food to fill my empty stomach. Needed a quick meal, and I opted for a meat sandwich with potatoes. Many people call breakfast and lunch "Brunch".

This time's brunch was simple, the menu arrived quickly at my table within 5 minutes. Wait, this is one of my favorite foods. Kind of like the menu at Subway, even though the taste is very different, but this cures me of missing eating Subway at Kuala Lumpur airport, I really miss it.

On this plate, there is a sandwich, white bread which is shape like a baguette, but is very soft and crunchy texture on the outside. Accompany by a thin slice of beef ham and mustard color cheddar cheese. A combination that is impossible for me to resist, considering that I am a cheese lover, even though it looks like it will taste fatty.

Not only that, there was a little salad on the edge of my plate which was equipped with 2 types of mayonnaise and also quite simple fries. A little addition, chili sauce which will add a spicy taste if poured in the middle of the bread slices, of course I will pour it on the stuffing of the bread.

For some reason, I seem to like it if the sandwich is not cut into 2 parts, maybe it will look quicker to eat than having to be split into 2 like that, like I eat at Subway. Even though this sandwich doesn't seem to have any specific contents, it is included in a plate of sandwiches that is complete with protein, carbohydrates, fat and fiber from salad.

Not only that, I enjoying a plate of this "brunch" with a cup of black tea with ice. Even though it tastes bitter without sugar, but truly I love this tea, perfect for enjoying a plate of this sandwich.

You know, it's very rare to found a menu like this in coffee shop, restaurant, you know that not many people understand about this baguette like bread, in fact I think it's very rarely sold in bakery, pastry shops or something like that. Bearing in mind that this country is not a producer of wheat flour, wheat flour and the like, so bread is not part of the tradition.

I think bread is very compact for anyone who has high mobility, because it is easy to store and lasts up to several days in a container. Unlike Indonesian food which may spoil easily, even in a very short time.
