Swan, distorted reflection | Reflection Hunters Contest ~ Round 159

Hello, friends.
Walking along the shores of Lake Naroch last summer, I often watched waterfowl and took a lot of photographs. The lake is home to 23 species of water birds. Perhaps the most numerous are black-headed gulls; they surround you everywhere and with their cries constantly remind you of their presence. The most mysterious bird of Lake Naroch, in my opinion, is the great white egret. This bird does not let you get close to it; at your slightest movement it takes off and disappears into the distance. I was only able to take a few photos of the great egret from afar using a long zoom. The most aristocratic and graceful bird of Lake Naroch, in my opinion, is the mute swan.

A pine forest grows along the shore of the lake, sometimes the water comes almost close to the trees. In places where the shore is steep, the trees closest to the edge are eventually washed away by water and fall into the lake.

There was a swan standing on the trunk of a tree that had fallen into the lake, preening its feathers.

I was on a high bank, the swans were doing their business near the shore, so I had to photograph from top to bottom. Thanks to this arrangement, the swans did not pay any attention to me at all, and I calmly took a few photographs.
