Aujourd'hui , dès le réveil matin , nous avons un petit manque d'énergie , aucune motivation . Nous n'avons envie de rien faire et de rester couché , mais bon , il faut bien se lever, se motiver, faire quelque chose de sa journée , avant d'aller travailler . Là aussi , nous n'avons plus aucune envie .

Ce n'est pas que le boulot ne nous plaise pas , mais le fait que plus nous leur amenons des documents prouvant que l'on ne peut pas faire plus d'heures selon la médecine du travail , que nous touchons enfin des revenus d'État pour notre handicap à partir du mois prochain , et que si nous faisons plus d'heures , nous perdrons toutes les aides , et que nous y perdrons de l'argent si nous en faisons ne serait-ce qu'une heure de plus .

Eh bien non , le patron nous les brise en nous proposant des avenants. Hier soir , nous lui avons dit non , et qu'a-t-il fait ? Il a viré des employés et a essayé de nous faire culpabiliser en nous disant :
Oui, mais nous n'avons plus personne si vous ne faites pas d'heures en plus .

Ça fait trois ans que je te dis d'embaucher , de former des jeunes gens . Bah écoute , si tu n'as personne , je m'en fiche que ta boîte coule , fasse faillite , ça me fera toucher le chômage et même une prime .

Je lui ai demandé un licenciement, il me le refuse . Nous avons donc un rendez-vous aux prud'hommes en début d'après-midi pour une plainte officielle . Un patron n'a pas le droit de vous obliger à démissionner ou à travailler en dehors de votre contrat médical de base .

Bref , désolé pour toutes ces plaintes , mais les mettre par écrit défoule un peu , et encore j'essaie de rester poli , mais des mots pas catholiques me viennent à l'esprit , lol .
