We need more nature in the world to admire and enjoy what surrounds us...

I recently read the post of the friend @avdesing, where she comments on what bothers her about society today, and it is true, when she says, that many people become zombies, when they get hypnotized by this new technological fashion, the world of social networks, they stop being or doing what they did before, and are transported to another dimension, they can spend hours and hours, watching videos, leaving a network to enter another.

I do not deny it, I am also part of that world, when I need to clear my mind, laugh a little, I make use of these networks, but if I lived in a place with greater access to the outdoors, surely I would prefer to go there, for example the sea, to have it close, it would be a paradise.

However, it is not possible, I have to adapt to the world where I am, where I live; the truth is that I am not a girl who does a lot of physical activities, I remember when I was studying sports, it was not my favorite subject, I never liked it, I did not feel at ease, I did not find myself; but nowadays, things change, there are other ways or techniques to do exercises.

There is a place in my city, it is not the quietest place, but you can go and enjoy the outdoors, in the afternoons I go for a walk, and on the way back, I do some exercise, but on weekends, I take the opportunity to be at home and watch a movie or series, while I create my content.

I am a sedentary person, I have always been, it is hard for me to get out of this comfort, and when I am in my days, I am worse, discouragement, apathy, pain, sadness, overwhelm me, and knock me down completely, with more reason, to stay at home, lying down, just doing what I can and I like, which is to watch a movie.

This year I started with the idea of changing this a little, to try to dare to do new things, well I still have several months left, although I confess that these months have not started well, I hope later to improve, to do a little of my part, to change what I can and to improve.

Well, everything is possible, the months go by very fast, carnivals have already started, I will surely go out to see the costumes, like every year, and the day of love and friendship is coming, I will do something, I will treat myself to an outing, I deserve it, don't you think?

Before I was also very sedentary, especially because I was teaching all day long and all I wanted to do was rest my legs from standing and doing nothing, but a few years ago I changed and it was for the better. You'll see that you'll find things that motivate you. A big hug @ikigaidesign 😃

All changes start small. Sometimes, most of the things we get into are related to how life is going about on us. I remember my days of college were full of physical activities, but then other things got in the way of that and I came back to being sedentary again.

I completely agree with your comment on the subject of technology, it has become a necessity and even an addiction in our time. If you like a quiet life at home, enjoy it!
