This is a common word people use daily. I am frustrated, He has frustrated my life. I will fustrate her. This work is so fustrating. And so many things like that. I fell in love with the topic immediately I saw it because Fustration can lead to depression, anxiety and mental illness. So now let's dive into the topic proper.

What is Frustration?

Fustration comes in when you are unable to reach his or her goal. It is just like weather that you don't have control over it. When something is out of your control, it causes Fustration. So many things can cause it. When you have bad Boss who do not allow you rest in the office every day and you don't have power over that challenge. You feel frustrated. Fustration is part of life

Why do you think people get frustrated?

People get frustrated when they think the world has come to an end. When they think there is no way out. When they think they are not beautiful or handsome and low self-esteem will overwhelm them. When they feel they have been insulted by someone they are better than.

How do you deal with frustration?

Sit in a quiet place for meditation
Take a deep breath, accept the challenge. How you handle challenge matters enough when feeling frustrated.

Help those in need
Think about others who are also having problem. Help others in need. Don't isolate yourself when you are down. Eat healthy food.

Do exercise regularly
You should not ignore your health care routine. Ask for help when needed. Give yourself rest.

Talk to a friend in need who cares

Check in your friend list and talk to that friend that will listen to you. Not that one that is good in blaming you when there is challenge. Pour out your heart to him. Yes, you will find relief when you do so. That good friend can take a walk with you. Eat delicious meal with you. Talk to you the way you will find comfort. That call for having good friends around you.

What advice would you give to someone who is feeling frustrated?

  • My advice for him to accept that frustration is normal, and try not to beat himelf up for feeling the Fustration the way he feels it.

  • Knowing the source of the frustration will help too. Check if there's anything you can do to help you.

  • Try to be mindfulness, there is no need dwelling in the past but takkle what is happening now.

  • Practicing gratitude will also help and focusing on what you're grateful for can help you think of something positive and reduce frustration.

  • Again, I want them to Remember that frustration is usually temporary and won't last it won't last forever.

** Conclusion**

I have been fustrated so many times, it is part of life, it is normal to feel bad . But the truth is that, it is temporary. Having a positive look towards challenge makes it easier for one to cope
